Location. It was very best to Christ university and the hostel where my son got admission. It was easy for me to make as many as possible rounds while settling down my kid in the hostel.

No wifi and breakfast. Booking was cancelled as I did not pay before check In. However rearranged quickly with different kind if settlement. It was ok as me and family were busy and need to spent one night. Not recommended for leisure trip

I had been a regular visitor to this property. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Well maintained corridors and nearness to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Easy access to the public conveyances for moving around.

Not much to describe.

1. Room was spacious with good ventilation. 2. Mattress was very soft and comfortable. 3. Good location and near to hypermarket. 4. Restaurant is halal and has very tasty food. 5. A/C and Geyser was working well.

1. Bed linen (blanket, bedsheet and pillow cover) was not clean and had dirty spots. 2. Towels were very dirty and grey. 3. No numbers were given to contact the reception/room service in the room. 4. NO toiletries were provided. Even after requesting for basic toiletries, manager ignored the request. 5. Walls had molds. 6. Reception manager's attitude was unfriendly and sometimes uncooperative. 7. They wrote 24/7 room service but it is only from 12:30 pm - 12 am. 8. Breakfast was very disappointing. They wrote continental breakfast but it had only boiled egg, bread, jam, butter, one fruit and cornflakes. Choice of idli or dosa was given. No tea, only packet coffee. 9. Lift has to be serviced. It got stuck once and the staff had to pull open the door. 10. Electric kettle was working but had broken lid. No power outlet was given for it near the kitchenette so we had to use it on the bedside table.
