old, TV did not work, ceiling in disrepair….won’t stay again

while the bathrooms were a little bit construction wise could’ve been a little bit better but overall they were clean

It was great to be able to have a hot breakfast in the morning.

There was a little noise the first night. Wasn't sure what it was it was about 10:00pm. But it didn't last long.

Breakfast was good. Love the waffles, coffee, fruit, and all the options. Room was clean and the ac worked well. Location was great next to the highway for quick access north of town.

The vent in my bathroom didnt work and when I told the front desk, maintenance clearly did not know how to fix or didnt want to. Greatly disappointing. And there was no ac in the hallways, so it felt musky. Wouldnt stay again.

Only one elevator was working when we got there. when we went to leave they were not working at all.

The breakfast was good, and met my expectations. The location was convenient to where I was working. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean.

The air circulation in my room was a little weird; it was either too warm for me to fall asleep, or too cold. I had a hard time finding the right temperature. Also, the TV wouldn't let me change the input to HDMI so I could use my device to stream.

Our room was directly across from the elevator on the 1st floor. We heard everything anybody said while they were using the elevator. It was quite noisy in the early morning or late evening.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable

The breakfast was nice and the guy serving the food was very friendly making sure we had everything we needed.

Did not eat breakfast, but the coffee was good.

Upon entering our room, there was a large fan apparently drying some wet carpet. There was mildew on the wall near the fan and the room smelled like mildew. We returned to the front desk, and the staff immediately apologized and changed our room.

Very good location for my purpose. Easy travel to downtown Nashville. Plenty of restaurants in its surrounding area. Very convenient.

We were told the pool would be open during our stay. We booked that hotel specifically for the pool because it was my daughter‘s birthday we were having a party for her. When we got there the pool was closed the entire time.

loved how easy it was to get to downtown and other areas we wanted to visit. it was clean etc. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open yet. we came from the Northwest and I wanted to be able to lay out in the sun etc while we were there but it hadn’t opened yet.

The room was way too small. The bathroom was way too small

Everything was good. Except for this. I left a water pitcher by mistake, asked could it be shipped, yes, but price was 37.00 for a 1/2 pound package. Should have been 10 dollars or less. All else was class A. Gerald Touchstone
