Not what I expected for price and to be a Marriott

The the location is very close to all the main attractions, also very clean.

One of the staff I didn’t get her name which I should. She was at the front desk she is a middle age white lady, short hair wear reading glasses, she was so rude. I tried to check in I have my ID my booking number, confirmation email and everything but she couldn’t find my reservation even though it was there. She was very rude she didn’t try to figured it out even though it was her job. This is her exact work when I showed her my reservation number and the pin “that doesn’t mean anything to me”. Then she had me go and figured it out myself. Which the only problem was they had my fist name and last name backwards. In the end I was the one that figured it out. My point is if she doesn’t want to help people out don’t work as a front desk, this job is not people that is rude like her. The front desk job said so much about the place and she doesn’t deserve to be a customer service.

Top floor with nice views. Walking distance to the main strip.

I brought a breakfast package thinking it was a continental breakfast, but it actually was a small restaurant that serves breakfast. The package was for 2 adults, 2 children only. Had to pay out of pocket for additional breakfast for family members.

Great location, across from convention center. Short walk to main strip, but still quiet

The bedding didn’t appear to be changed. Dirt and hair on the sheets. I did ask the linens to be changed and they did.

Good location in town. Good view of downtown and easy walk to main street. Room was very nice and large.

no issues with the room or hotel

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I did not like the customer service at the restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. We did not let that experience ruin our stay, so we chose to eat at the restaurant next door for breakfast instead. The food at the Pancake House was delicious!
