The staff were wonderful and the free breakfast was elaborate and well stocked with everything you could want. The room was plenty big for four of us and a dog! The shuttle from the airport ran every 15 minutes so we barely had to wait at all. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

The staff (especially Ana) she made you feel welcome and her customer service Outstanding. The breakfast was great too. We enjoyed our stay.

Location near Multiplaza Mall, view from room, luggage scale in lobby, good sized room, vending machine, breakfast included.

Breakfast options and daily variety were limited, room door was left ajar one day by cleaner, hotel did not confirm if it was reported to housekeeping, security risk, busy roadways outside hotel impedes walkability in the area, no evening entertainment in hotel, showerhead needed to be checked due to excess water sprays.

Good location, clean, comfortable, great amenities in the room and friendly staff.

On our second morning, we came down for breakfast a few minutes before 10am and breakfast was over. The door was closed and no one offered to accommodate us even though it was not yet 10am. This was disappointing because we were checking out and looking forward to having breakfast before leaving.
