It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Construction on the pool during my stay was super noisy.

Location was great! My mom & I were going on a cruise. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We walked to grab a bite to eat. Our room was nice, clean & quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel even provided a sound machine. Many people staying were also going on a cruise. The next day we got breakfast at the hotel. It was really good. I had a breakfast sandwich my mom a breakfast burrito. Coffee was strong & full of flavor. I’m booking this hotel next time we cruise leaving out of the Miami port!

Nothing! Everything was great. Workers seemed to be happy being at work. Everyone was very helpful!

Habitacion amplia y comoda. El colchon muy confortable. Buena situación para explorar Miami.

Es mejor dejar pagado el hotel cuando lo reservas. Cargan tasas por cada dia de alojamiento y de parking. En los hoteles ennlis que ya había pagado por adelantado no me han incluido tasas.

It was located in close proximity to everything. The staff were very nice.

The toilet kept running loudly and we couldn’t sleep. We had to transfer rooms and the room we ended up in had items/trash from previous guest that I had to clean up myself as I was staying in the room with my young daughter.

Overall clean room, very comfortable bed. Also very close to amenities in Miami (grocery, food etc)

The breakfast was amazing. A little expensive but was worth it. Location was great, not far from port of Miami. Will stay again definitely

Firts day when we arrived the check in person offered half price for parking fee, in the end day charge me full price even for days when i was travelling for 4 x days! Just nothing happened as agreed! The hotel was dirty, laud people, smal ugly rooms! Charging everything upfront from my credit card! Never again! Highly NOT recogmended! Many nice other hotel in better location, better quality! Swimming pool not working etc!!!

The only odd thing is that the toilet was sideways in the bathroom. It didn't effect anything. It was just weird.

The location met out needs. The restaurant staff extremely friendly.

500 US dollars a night is extremely expensive for what is being offered. Breakfast not included, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. There is an awful smell in the lobby, some strong perfume hard to tolerate. We did stay at this hotel a few years ago and it was much better. Very disappointed now. Will not return.
