Convenient location and spacious parking

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, we found bugs in the bed and noticeable stains on the blanket cover during our stay. Payment method: Property's preferred way of payment method may not be most convenient for guests (We were informed that a deposit is required to be transferred to local bank account before the stay to secure the booking reservation) Overall Experience: Regrettably, the overall value we received did not align with the price we paid for the accommodation. Side note, property to consider provide clean towels for guests. Hopefully this feedback could improve the experience for future guests.

The house is very clean and neat. Comfortable bed and pillow. There’s extra pillows and comforter too.

For preventive measures, equip yourself with mosquitoes repellent if you are bringing kids along.

On Last Christmas,26th to 28th December 2019,we spent our holidays in this beautiful homestay,We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was very reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. The bathroom were big and all equipped with heater. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The living room was big enough for all 9 of us and 4 kids.It was 10-15minutes driving to town or to nearby attractions places in IPOH.There's a lots of shops nearby,as well its easy access place.The house owner was very nice, he was helpful and provided fast response to our needs.They neighbours are very friendly they greet us well.We had a very good Christmas Holiday with family.Thank You To The Homestay Owner for make us feel comfortable to stay there.Highly recommended.

The house has an induction cooker. But the pan is not fit for cook on induction stove. its going to be perfect if the owner could supply the pan that is fit for induction cooker as well.

Fast respond from the property owner. Overall experience quite good.

North side of the airport. Easy access to city, the famed Big Tree Foot (大树脚) and the rustic township of Gunung Rapat. Great traditional Hakka eats around Gunung Rapat market. The property can park up to 5 big cars. And with bedding up to 14 pax, great for group.
