We loved staying at the property. The apartment was great for two couples. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was immaculate and spacious. The condo is well appointed. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide that extra space that helps you enjoy the stay. Henry was very responsive and sought to accommodate our preferences. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I opened the door to the apartment I knew I was going to be happy here. The amenities were fabulous (gym, and spa), as well as the staff. The apartment was exactly as the posting said it would. Very convenient location. I would stay here again. Constance

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Henry's property. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was great. A few steps to the beach, a few steps to the pool, and a Publix across the street. There's a cafe downstairs that makes great coffee, perfect for grabbing takeout and sitting on the sofas outside. The pool was a perfect retreat from the beach in the afternoon/evening since it's slightly shaded. The staff throughout the resort were fabulous. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is as advertised and very well maintained. The location is great with lots of food choices. Big bonus was having the supermarket right across the street. The beach in front of the unit was fantastic. Very clean and beautiful water. Also the property manager was very responsive. You won’t be dissaointed with this place.

Perfect location; nice condo with all you need for a great get away plus walk to store and restaurants in lovely North Beach location.

If anything, this unit looks better and lives better than it shows in pictures. Both BRs are very spacious, the living area is well laid out, and the junior kitchen has everything you need (it took me two days to realize that the cabinet next to the sink was actually a dishwasher :)) I highly recommend the property!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach. It is in a spa and wellness hotel. The hotel has a lot of amenities which - when we were there - weren’t truly included with the rental. We did get access to one pool (out of 4 total) and the beach but no gym or spa. You do have to pay extra for that. Having said that though, it’s a prime location and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. The space is big enough for my family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). We would highly recommend and definitely go again.

It was never fixed during the time of our stay.

This apartment was extremely conveniently located. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and even extended our time. Henry was extremely helpful and informative! We would go back!!

Beach front 2br suite, with attentive international stuff and world class spa resort amenities. Would recommend this place to friends. Ideal for 4 people

It’s a beautiful property with a first class spa, 5 pools, and is located on beach. The property is immaculate, the service is excellent and the amenities are amongst the best in South beach. 10 feet across the property is a massive Publix supermarket which was very helpful as well when staying in the suite. The suite It was perfect for our daughter and us. It’s exactly as depicted on the picture. Kept in perfect condition. Extremely clean. You basically have your own apartment on the beach within a 5 start hotel. Check in took about 2 minutes at the front desk. The room is filled with towels, soaps and anything you need including a washing machine, dish washer, 3 TVs etc The tv had most channels including Netflix. Henry the manager is a superb host. Very responsive and precise with information. My deposit was refunded within 4 days of departure. Won’t be staying anywhere else when we go back

The 2 room suite was perfect. Loved the master suite and bathroom.

The unit is great. We loved everything about it!!!! The service in the Hotel is awesome!!! Would not think it twice to stay again!!!

Property is beautiful with access to beach and several pools. Friendly beach sevice. No charge for chairs and umbrellas. Great restaurant on property for lunch. Staff wonderful. Only left property for dinner. Convenient to many restaurants

We had a wonderful stay in one of Henry’s two bedroom units at the Carillon hotel. Henry and his colleague Kat were very responsive, helpful, and flexible in answering our questions and making all of the rental/payment arrangements. The unit was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures, beautiful, modern, spacious, and very clean. The Carillon hotel is the former Canyon Ranch spa so the spa and gym amenities are top notch. We would definitely go back and stay in one of the units managed by Henry again.
