The location was excellent, a 2 minute walk to the tube station. There were restaurants very close, and a market within walking distance (10minutes). Kitchen soap, shampoo, and body wash were nicely provided for our use. There was also extra TP in the bathroom. The wifi worked well. The owner answered questions quickly.

The flat was on the third floor and no lift, so tough to drag up our suitcases. The apartment was very small and cramped for 3 adult women. The convertible sofa bed was a futon, and it was so hard and uncomfortable. It was very difficult to convert back and forth because the front room was so small. The bed in the bedroom was advertised as a queen size bed, but it was probably more like a full size, tough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably there. Each of us got one towel for the bathroom and only one hand towel to share. There were no towels or paper towels in the kitchen. The bathroom was very small, and there was no fan or vent. If we showered, the steam from the shower would make the whole apartment hot. Also, be careful because the shower is very slippery, and difficult to get out of safely. Because it was so hot, we used the small oscillating fans. One of them broke, but the flat manager kindly brought us another the next day. There was a washing machine to use, but it was half a flight down, and in a utility room. There is no dryer, but a drying rack is available. The refrigerator didn't work correctly. It froze everything we put in it! All of our food was spoiled because it froze. It was great that the apartment was so close to the tube and some restaurants, it was very convenient! However, that also made it very noisy at night, so it was almost impossible to sleep.

The area is good, really close to the tube, right near rhe museums and hyde park. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room was pleasant and clean with lots of amenities.

Was not an issue for our group but the stairs would cause problems for less mobile persons and the hall way is dark and drab.

Paper towels provided in kitchen and pump soap instead of bar soap, no air conditioning.

The entrance hall is really dirty. There were bleach marks on the towels. The sofa was dirty and the sheets and bedding were old.

Convenient location

Poorly finished property, insufficient crockery (ie glasses) and items for cooking ( there was simply forks, knives, spoons and a bottle opener..no knives, or other kitchen implements..2 small pots and a small frying pan for a flat supposedly sleeping up to 4 people), see photo. Certain lights not working, a blind missing in sitting area. See photo. Shower enclosure sealed shut and dirty round edges, see photo. Poor quality bed linen and lumpy pillows. All round feeling of cheapness for a property charging £200 a night.

Excellent, quiet location, very close to Underground. Very nice and comfortable apartment perfect for 3 people.

The water outflow in the bath sink was very slow, needs fixing. Also cleanliness has a room for improvement.

Enjoyed having all hotels pros but with more homely feel, more space and amenities suitable for family with a baby. Didn't expect the only noise outside during the night to be the songbirds 😁 Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. We had different cuisine every night. Quick and efficient communication for any advice. Thank you.
