No fitness in the building , the chandelier light in living room kept on and off by itself , the drying in washing machine is not working

There are 3 weeks since check in and we didnt received our VAT invoice!!!!!! Outrageous!!! We asked for the invoice when we made the reservation but 3 weeks later and still no invoice...... It is not ok!!!!!!

The location is perfect. A few minutes from Green Park tube, just a few stops from King's Cross. Green park behind apartments leading to Buckingham Palace,The Mall etc. Next door to the Ritz. 10 mins from PicadillyCircus/ Chinatown.
Beautiful & spacious apartments.The only thing was previous visitors had chosen to smoke & it was very noticeable in the rooms that couldn't open the windows. Staff all helpful & friendly when approached.

the windows didn’t open, and didn’t have a view, also the mornings were a bit noisy

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing, larger than I had expected, and had everything that I needed and was clean and comfortable. The location of these apartments is excellent, right in the centre of London so very easy to walk to most places and the tube station is just around the corner if needed. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I am next in London.
Housekeeping is only Monday to Friday but that wasn't really an issue.
