I regret to stay because of the service, it was horrible extremely bad Small insects in bedroom and bathroom Rude attitude with some employees that suppose to help

Cleanliness and ambience.

I ordered king bed but they gave me twin bed, construction work was going on in front so it was very noisy all day and night. Pillows were lousy, and AC took ages to cool down. Coffee was substandard whether you order in room or at breakfast buffet, and breakfast choices were limited.

المبني جميل وفخم و الجناح فخم ايضا

اكبر مشكلة هي ان المبني لا يحتوي علي شبكة الاتصال العادية، يجب ان تخرج من المبني لكل مكالمة هاتفية، نقطة مرعجة جدااا، ولقد نزلت في الفندق مرتين من قبل و نفس المشكلة، واكيد هذه ستكون اخر مرة، بالنسبة لبعض الموظفين في الاستقبال لم يكونوا علي مستوي فندق 5 نجوم مثل ماريوت

The bathroom has a automatic shade, by a press of a button unveil the bathroom tub from a glass wall across the bed . Ideal for honeymooners.

Everything was outstanding. Modern look , great service, great food and the facility can be both romantic and business.

The location was perfect, rooms were clean, room service is fast they don’t really take much time.

The staff are not to helpful and they haven’t provided me with the hotels facilities like they did to others ( for example pool timings, restaurants and etc.)

Room was very spacious. Washrooms were big and clean. Hotel was situated very close to the airport which was a major bonus considering we had a flight to catch the next morning. Breakfast options were amazing especially for the price they were charging. It was really worth it.

The restaurant that provides food to the rooms was awful, we got a pizza and pasta and they both were really bad. We complained to the hotel staff and we eventually got in contact with the manager, she was extremely rude on the phone and outright refused to give us a refund or even an apology! Absolutely unprofessional and we will never be coming back to this hotel.
