Fabulous location and great facilities. Room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony - perfect for a sundowner and resting weary feet. Excellent value for money considering the location - we booked breakfast as well which was a mix of continental and cooked - perfectly adequate. Would book again.

Location was fantastic, ideal for Kensington, Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park etc. Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Check in and check out were very efficient.

The location was nice. Very close to the Natural History Museum and V&A. Quiet and rice area. 7min walk to the tube station which was not bad. The staff were very kind. Bed was comfy, beautiful and clean room.

The bathroom was a bit smelly for some reason. The breakfast was overpriced...

Ein super Hotel, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und das Zimmer war sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location being close to Kensington gardens, the Natural History Museum, the A & V Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Very friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight did not leave until the evening.

The bed was not very comfortable and we could hear the fellow snoring in the next room. The breakfast was very basic (ran out of many items quickly), but did include barista coffee.
