Very loud and very drunk people at the pool, but at night the party went on ALL night, went to the staff (Frankie) who was REALLY rude staff member and did NOTHING to stop the party! Other staff where nice.

Party ALL night, screaming ALL night and staff did NOTHING, other than argue with me that i should put up with it because i was after all in Spain......

Receptionen er bemandet 24/7

Mangelfuld eller ingen rengøring igennem opholdet, beskidt og utrolig slidt værelse, med manglende møbler på terrassen og døre som ikke kunne låses. Rengøring blev gjort en gang på en uge, og håndklæderne skiftet en gang, toiletpapir skulle man selv anskaffe eller bede om ved rengøringspersonalet. Hotellet ligger ved en utrolig stærkt trafikeret vej. Gæsterne på hotellet var primært unge britiske mænd, som drak/spillede høj musik og indtog lattergas ved pool området. Derudover er der utrolig meget nattestøj af gæster som er påvirket, samt skrig og højtråbende toneleje fra andre gæster. Vi har på intet tidspunkt følt os trygge ved opholdet, vi checkede ud en dag før, for at flytte på et andet hotel.

Accommodation was good, could have been a bit cleaner. The patio opens onto the pool which as max 22 people in a once. Could have done with a table and chairs outside but they are very short of space. Area was busy and right by roads, but once inside no noise.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, központi helyen van, kb 200 méter a beach. A szállás alatt egy supermarket , nagy választékkal , minden igényt kielégít. Parkolási lehetőség a szállás előtti parkolóban, de inkább csak késő este van hely. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon jó, egy család számára minden megtalálható a főzéshez. A recepciós hölgy kedves, segítőkész volt.

Meglehetősen drága volt az ára, 270 EUR / éjszakát fizettem. Egyáltalán nem érte meg, a mellékelt fotókon látható mit kaptunk ezért. A szállás adó által közölt képek régiek lehetnek , nagyon le van lakva az apartman - legalábbis az a szoba amiben mi voltunk az biztosan. Az ágy matracok kifeküdve, a zuhanyzóból kifolyik a víz a laminált padlóra - bárhogy is próbáltuk. Az asztal lába kitörve, meleg víz egyáltalán nem volt az első éjszaka - hideg vízzel kellett tusolni, a mennyezeten - mosdón penész, a falakról a festék leverve, az ajtó szétrohadva, törölköző tartó összesen 2db van a wc-ben azok is inkább kéz törlőnek valók, a szemben lévő bárban üvölt a zene hajnal 3-ig (ez nem a szállás hibája!) az alváshoz füldugó kellett, de a basszus így is berezonált a falakon.A kihúzható kanapé két nagyobb gyermek számára használhatatlan , a rugók elgyengülve, csörög csattog az egész. Az utcán hajnalig ordibálnak az ittas vakációzók, aki nyugodt alvásra vágyik meg se próbálja itt füldugó nélkül! Ez nem a szállás hibája, de kisgyerekes családoknak emiatt nem tanácsolom, az itt alvást.

Le lenzuola erano sporche e abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio. Il divano letto non era preparato (ci avevano solo lasciato le lenzuola - personalmente non mi era mai capitato).

The hotel reception was decent looking and clean, location was good as it had plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and close to the sea.

Communication between staff and the cleanliness of the room when we arrived. We had issues throughout our stay that went unresolved for the week that we were there even though we spoke to reception everyday and reminded them that the AC wasn’t working in our room, we did not get enough pillows for everyone, the bedroom door did not close and when it did it will get stuck and you would have to throw yourself into the door to get it unstuck as the door handle did not budge. For the duration of our stay we had to ask for fresh towels and were told we can only get them on day 4 and also the cleaner did not come once during that week. When we asked for the manager he was always gone or too busy to talk to us.

Very strange layout , bedroom at front of apartment. We had to keep curtains permanently closed.

Mobilier deteriorat, totul foarte murdar, pereții , baia, canapeaua, dulapurile. Ușă de la balcon defectă, dușul exagerat de mic,apa caldă venea doar uneori. Gălăgie multă în hotel și în împrejurimi. Un loc nesigur de a dormi.

Todo excelente como siempre. repito cada vez que voy a la isla y es un gusto contar con un alojamiento de estas características.

We love the one bedroom apartment it has everything you need. we enjoy the freedom of being self catering with the knowledge of being in a secure building with a reception and security for the early hours.

Clean, central to everything, comfortable we went with kids and felt so safe and secure.

That the aircone wasn’t the best and got far to warm

only stayed for one week and had to ask twice for fresh towels and our room only cleaned once as no cleaners came even when sign was on door.

very loud, music from a nearby restaurant shook the whole apartment, impossible to fall asleep. not clean enough. the terrace is open and anyone can lie down in front of your apartment. Enter as if you were in a shop window More party hotel, not for family

When I booked the room it was described as having two single beds. However, upon arrival there was only a large single bed ( the feets under the bed were all loose and we had to try to tighten the nuts and bolts to make it stable...) I complained about not being provided with two single beds but then I was imformed that everything was overbooked at the hotel. Therefor I had to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress on a sleeping sofa for 2 weeks.
