Swimming pool, food in general, cleanliness, staff.

The barbecue dinner. It was poor compared to the other dinners we had in that hotel. Cocktail bar, margarita does not taste like margarita at all. Kids menu. It is not fair to charge full price for kids and then offer a very poor kids menu, like chicken nuggets and fries.

Count money and do not leave valuables in the room.Cleaners steal, rummage through personal belongings. I was very surprised that in such a prestigious hotel, they could steal a large amount is money, get into a bag. And they didn’t even do anything and didn’t clarify even after the statement, the application, they didn’t clarify anything, said that they could not help, did not compensate in any way.

I love this hotel. I came away with my 88 year old mother. The staff are so helpful friendly and efficient. The breakfast is outstanding. I love the room. I’ve stayed here 3 times and intend on returning ..

Not a complaint to be made, from entering the hotel until checking out the staff were approachable and helpful and the hotel is exceptional. Would highly recommend for the experience and the location.

We have passed this hotel lots and decided to stay in it this time and I am very happy to say it was a great hotel, absolutely beautiful setting, we were B & B the room was large and I loved that it had carpet which made it homely. The breakfast was brilliant lots of choice lots on seating inside and out, the man cooks you breakfast on his hot plate and it’s a work of art. Lots of sun loungers which were very comfortable, a beautiful pool with a shallow walk in bit and there is a waterfall which they put on, and you can being the pool and go behind it and be in the shade. Didn’t eat in the restaurant cause I had already booked meals elsewhere prior to arriving but I may leave some avaliabilty to try their restaurants when I go again. All the staff we really friendly and helpful

Shower started off a little temperamental would go cold and then very hot but that didn’t happen on the last couple of days so who knows. The TV mostly said no signal and I am not a party animal so like to come back and watch a bit of TV and it was only 1,2,3,4,5 channels thought they may have access to satellite channels. I also seemed to get kicked out of the Wi-Fi and had to frequently sign back into it and then verify my email address but again just a bit of a niggle rather than any really big important bad things

location was good, linen was good , spacious, staff friendly.

would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room as we drink warm water , the staff could not provide us with it upon request.

Everything was perfect for us, the staff was very nice. We started the day with champagne breakfast.

Trying to contact hotel as might have left something in Room safe but have had difficulty getting through

Friendliness of all staff- everyone was very helpful. Thank you to everyone for making us feeling so welcomed back. Breakfast is amazing, pool bar ir brilliant and beach restaurant is excellent 🥰 As always hotel was very clean including all communal areas.

Coffee at breakfast very poor -like dishwater and strange taste (too much chicory)? Several restaurants but only one open each night and menus/prices hard to ascertain, so we went out instead.
