An exceptional boutique hotel nestled in a residential side street only one block away from Harrods. The staff exceeded my expectations. Very professional with a personal touch. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. One of my favourite hotels, in all of my travels.

I love it here, this was my second stay. The food is excellent value for money, the staff are so kind and friendly and the beds are so comfortable. It’s such a quiet lovely place to stay with beautiful interior design details. The hand cream smells amazing too!

What is missing is an out door space. A patio or balcony. Especially now that the weather in london is is quite hot for a long time throughout the year!! If there is a way to do it. You should!!!

Absolutely brilliant, a homely and comforting hotel which was a delight to stay at. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was beautifully prepared and good value for money as the portions were a good size. The bed was so comfortable, best nights sleep in ages! I would love to stay again.
