Location. Courteous staff and nice ground floor coffee shop.

Dirty carpet in the room. Light not working in the bathroom. Housekeeping had to be called several times for basic requests such as clean pillows or extra towels. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Nothing to do for kids. This hotel does not deserve the high rating on this website.

Les boissons ne sont pas comprises au dîner excepté l eau à table. Il y a une piscine d une profondeur de 1,35 m, un jacuzzi d’1 mètre et une petite piscine de 0,35 mètre ou 0,25 m je ne me souviens pas très bien. Ce n’est pas adapté aux petits enfants

Breakfast doesn't have much choice, eating same things for 23days is boring.

Niente da lamentarmi tutto bello , forse la posizione intorno all’hotel a piedi non ci sta molto da vedere bisogna sempre prendere il taxi ma fortunatamente sono molto economici .

During our recent stay at Novotel Al Bustan in Abu Dhabi, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. We checked in around 2:50 pm and immediately noticed that the room was not properly cleaned, with tissues on the floor which we had to dispose of ourselves. We had traveled for 3 hours from Ras Al Khaimah to get there, and the frustration began when we discovered that the toilet flush wasn't working. We called the reception three times, requesting assistance or another room, but despite waiting for over 45 minutes, no one came to address our concerns. Even our luggage wasn't delivered to our room, and we had to call for it separately. After a 40-minute wait, they finally assigned us another room, but upon entering, we were informed that it was a non-smoking room, despite the strong smell of smoke lingering. Additionally, there were noticeable burn marks on the table. The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar, with noticeable dust. Feeling tired and frustrated, we decided that our concerns were unlikely to be resolved promptly, so we left the hotel. Later, at 6:45 pm, we requested towels, which took two calls, spaced 15 minutes apart, before they were eventually delivered 40 minutes later.

The room we were given. The highlight of our stay is the toilet flush and the staffs! First time we used the toilet, the flush worked once. The next, it stopped working so we have to report it. I reported it around 7:30-7:45PM at the reception itself, I spoke to one Indian lady (forgot the name). I reported the flush of the toilet is not working. She even asked me if its okay to send someone up as we were going outside so I said its okay. We went back to the room around 11PM and the flush is still not working!!!!!! VERY INCONVENIENT! So I have to call back to the reception again (which is very hard to reach) and I spoke to one Indian guy (this time, it's a guy) and I told him everything, and he just said he'll check I was not even done with my complaint but he hang up on me (which is veryyyyyy unsatisfactory as if you're working for customer service, I think you should learn how to empathize with your guests). then after 30 mins they decided to send someone up. It was fixed at first as 2 times we tried flushing. After Sometime, again it stopped working! didnt bother to call because Im already disappointed with the customer service. Have to open the flush by ourselves (good thing we watched the maintenance guy on how he did it). Other than that, one light is blinking (not working properly.) The walls are dirty. Looks very old. Lamps are rusted. Toiletries and Room Slippers, I had this requested already before arriving at the hotel (right after booking). They sent me a reply they have informed this already but I didnt get it unless I followed up the third time. Bath tower is one only, so I have to request again. The food, didnt taste like it was frsesh.
