Amazing. We used to live by London so never needed to stay over, now we have moved further out we stayed overnight with our newborn (2 month old) daughter. The staff, facilities and hotel itself were outstanding. Of course the location in Mayfair and Hyde Park are as good as it gets. Hotel staff were very accommodating of our new born and when we needed flexibility with hours/ check out. Highly recommend using the valet if you are driving in - made the trip far easier and excellent service.

The decorations, the vespa bar, the reception staff, the free afternoon tea for everything we didn't like.

Someone walking in on us while in our room while half naked. The drilling and cutting from 8.30am till check out. The thought that someone could see us doing our business while in the bathroom with the light on.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent - in particular dinner at Alan Ducasse

Everything about the hotel was superb. The only feedback I would give is that on Sat evening there was loud music from a nearby club - earplugs should be provided in the bedside cabinet

Never go thier again… after I checked out for 4 days they send me that something in the room was damaged and I should pay 1500… never faced that in my life

Food excellent, amazing location and staff on the whole were brilliant.

Made to feel like I did not belong as I didn't wear a suit everywhere. Asked if I could use the spa and was told it was for "guests only" implying it was impossible for me to stay there. (The second time this happened on this weekend break) Not sure why he thought that, as I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt. After I told the chap I was a resident he quickly became flustered and tried to make some calls to the spa. As the old saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. Maybe some staff training for this wouldn't go amiss.

We love how friendly and welcoming all the staff are, the rooms are always so lovely and clean. Nothing is ever too much hassle.
