The low-rise building and plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and sports facilities.
Shower in our room did not have a slope to the floor so it didn't drain well. The standing water then made room smell musty..We should have mentioned it but it would have required a rebuild so not an easy fix!

They keep us waiting for check in more than 1 hr

Minden gyönyörű és gondoskodó! Csak jókat tudok mondani! :) már az előtér is egy csoda, a szoba is nagyon szép, modern és tiszta, az ágy különösen kényelmes, légies fürdőszoba, a képekkel megegyezik a valóság. Az étterem kint is bent is pazar, rengeteg választási lehetőséggel!! A FP árban este is benne van az üdítő, víz. Ráfizettünk egy tengerre néző szobára, ami megérte, mert a látvány minden napszakban csodás volt. Nekem ezeken felül a a szálloda tengerparti szakasza tetszett a legjobban! Mert tényleg gyönyörű!!! Külön kiemelném a pároknak szóló részt!! Ahol lehetett pihenni, nyugodtan olvasni, akar aludni!! Ez egy hihetetlenül jó dolog egy nyaraláson!! Kedves a parton és a medencénél is a hűtőtáska feltöltött palackos hideg vízzel!! A takarítás és piperetöltés hibátlan, kávé, tea, cukor is mindig pótolva volt, a törölköző csere is jól működött!! És bármelyik takarítóhoz ódamentünk, mindenki végtelen készséges és udvarias volt!! De az összes dolgozó végtelen kedves és mosolygós volt!! Ezúton is Köszönünk szépen mindent!! Visszajövünk!! :)))

Ahmed at the reception was really helpful and professional. The rooms are cozy and decorated with taste. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back for another staycation at this beautiful resort.

Everything taken care of for you, makes it feel very luxurious. The facilities are excellent from the pool, to the various restaurants, gym, kids club etc
Only annoying thing for me personally was the pool closing earlier than I would’ve liked.

- the food was tasty
- the staff was very kind and helpful
- you could have as many beach towels as you like, they were not assigned by room
- the hotel looks impressive
- very good AC all over the place
- it was not clear what was included in the full board and what was not. All seemed pretty random (e.g the coffee was included in breakfast but had to pay for coffee at the pool bar during breakfast)
- my daughter (10) couldn't order a snack from the pool restaurant, they said she needs to come back with an adult
- no animation whatsoever
- the pools were waist deep therefore swimming was impossible
- the water on the pools would have been nice to be a bit cooler, in the afternoon it was like soup
- children, regardless of age, can not use the waterslide or lazy river in the kids club without a parent present, that seemed a bit absurd.
- all the rules are a bit rigid, my child was not feeling well one day so I wanted to bring her a pizza in the room during lunch, we were told it is not possible.

Guest service at the Club Lounge was unsatisfactory. We were treated differently from other guests.
Having been to several club / executive lounges in Abu Dhabi, this was by far the worst experience.
We chose the property to celebrate a birthday. Despite the feedback from the hotel that they will take care of everything, at the time of booking, nothing really happened. So definitely not a property to celebrate special occasions.
Finally, the attitude at the reception was unpleasant. Response to my wife's request for late check-out was rushed and impolite.

The room is damp and we may numerous complaints which were not followed up. The curtains have mould on them which confirmed my suspicions, however the staff blamed the mould on opening the balcony door.

It is greet place to book with family or as couple to enjoy the facility ,the kids playing area and the beach amazing location , overall lovely and friendly staff starting from the entrance ending to the beach side , the hotel has good place and views

i was delayed for 35 minutes to check in althought i was coming all the way from dubai , and i called the reception on the way that i have to have my room on time .
also the room was empty : no welcome fruits (they get it later ) no cutleries or plates ... also i ordered for breakfast arabic breakfast it was received without the cold appetizers after i finish my eggs ( received later )
