Not a very confortable room. No closets

Hotel on 3 floors including basement decoration of the hotel and the rooms. Location of the hotel appreciated: tube, Hyde Park and access to central London in just a few minutes.

Room located in the basement just below the restaurant. Waking up to the sound of creaking and shifting chairs. Almost 1 hour wait for one of the breakfasts. Problem affecting other customers (complete disorganisation and lack of seriousness in dealing with customers - breakfast served at the table). Breakfast included to be avoided, no variation other than tea or coffee, eggs or saussages. For a 4-day stay, it's rather unpleasant. For an hotel business of this standing we would expect much better.

Die Nähe zur Paddington Station war perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist zentral und ruhig gelegen.

Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und fast keine Ablagefläche. Wir haben da mal gefrühstückt und es war überteuert.

The en suite door in our room had a damaged hinge and so kept swinging open !

The bed was ok. Breakfast was not sufficent. I ordered English breakfast and got little of everything. The price was to high. The room for the breakfast (sittingroom) was nice but we had no access to it after the breakfast. It was closed all day.

The room was terrible small. No chair or table. No iron or table to iron chlotes on. No closet to hang cotes on. It was beside the TV and we could not see the screen of the TV. Neighbour in next room came to us at 7:15 AM and complained of noise from the TV. That was bad bad feeling that we were disturbing our neighbour in the next room. When we first arrived they tried to put us in a room with no window. That was not good feeling at all. The funny thing was that the staff did not say anything to excuse their behavior for trying to place us in a hole with no window. There were a lack of information from the staff. I felt they were rather afraid to talk to us and always trying to defend the hotel facilities.

Great location for those of us who come in and out of Paddington Station. A few good pubs around and close to Hyde Park for a walk or a run. Clean, nice firm bed, and they seem to be doing what they can to make it all a bit more 'sustainable'.

The room really was very small — I kept banging into stuff and it was difficult to sit straight on the loo! (Also the seat seemed to be broken – it had come away from its moorings.) But this is London and I am quite tall — 6'3"/1.89m — so perhaps someone with a bit less heft would be OK with it.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber Alles war sauber, auch auf den Fluren, in der Lobby Lage war okay, 3min zu Fuss zur Paddingtan Station, von da kommt man überall hin 25min mit der Bahn zum Picadilly Circus

Zimmer waren recht klein. Wir hatten 1 Dreibettzimmer (Familienzimmer), da gab es leider nur eine Couch als Bett, aber ohne Matraze, wo man sehr schlecht drauf schlafen kann. Frückstück fand ich persönlich nicht gut. Sowohl Tee, als auf Frühstück hat man keine Wahl (Ei, Toast, Gemüse, ein Tee), ausser man zahlt nochmal extra.

Check in 前一天突然通知更改為姊妹飯店，雖然有附免費的早餐作為彌補，但畢竟第一次到英國，還是讓人感到不安。 除此之外，接待人員對於這個部分也沒有給任何解釋，讓人摸不著頭緒，若是常常發生這類交換旅館的事情，希望飯店在下單時就先備註提醒。

Nice location, friendly staff, tasteful architecture and interior design. Breakfast was delicious and good value for money.

The AC was making an annoying rattling noise when on, and the only way to suppress that was to turn it off. We didn't mind, as we prefer opening a window anyway, but it was somehow disappointing this didn't seem like something that could be solved easily. Also, the room was much smaller than expected, as were the bed and bathroom, especially the shower, which was tiny. As for breakfast: the waiter was alone, which was unfortunate for him and for the customers. Our order was also not 100% correct, but the food was very good.

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as much as my previous stay. It seemed expensive for what I had. Not that tasty (cold cherry tomatoes with scrambled egg on toast with no butter).

Good service and like the design of the room which is comfortable. Had a meditation pod and a refreshing hotel experience. Offered me to check the room before checking in as well which is a plus. Also allowed me to check in slightly earlier

costly for 1 night stay which is around 150£, but will see it as a treat. Would live to revisit again

This is a really nice calm beautifully designed hotel in a great location (just 5 min. from Paddington, 5min. run to Hyde Park). Though very well connected, the side street it's on, is quiet. I loved the 'library' room (super nice room) where you can sit with a coffee and get some work done. Beds are super comfy, showers etc. super up to date, spring water, coffee etc. available 24/7. Would def. recommend it.

The water machine was outside my bedroom, which was quite noisy.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, nice pictures around the place which made it feel different from the usual chain offer. Comfy bed, pillows and good toiletries

The room wasn't as big as I'd anticipated, also the double bed was right against the window so if you were sharing your partner would have to climb over you. There was noise from the main road outside and there wasn't double glazing. Breakfast was fantastic but £14.50 for some overnight oats is a new height!

I really like staying in hotels that care. Inhabit is a B Corp, so they have the badge to show that they do.

Location and concept is great

The night manager. Especially if you’re in hospitality industry, I expect you to be a bit more polite (at least say good evening or happy birthday when I mention that we’re here for a bday celebration) The room 110: this room should never be given to any guest. It is horrific and claustrophobic so I think at least mention that this room is horrible in descriptions.

Hotel muy limpio y cómodo y buena ubicación, excelentes comunicaciones con el centro de la ciudad y a 5 min andando de la estación de Paddington. Buena oferta de restaurantes en la zona.

This is a lovely hotel with a great location. We were in London for Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland and this was the perfect location for us to enjoy it. The room was bright and clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the tap near the elevator on our floor with fresh water plus the fruit and tea near the lobby.

The bathroom is a very tight fit. There is not a lot of space for toiletries or to hang our bath towels. Although the room is also on the smaller side, there is still plenty of room to store your belongings inside and under the bed.

The lobby, library and attached restaurant were cool, I liked how sustainable everything seemed with all the wood and minimal use of plastic. There is a complimentary private sauna in the basement which was amazing.

The rooms are so so unbelievably small. I couldn't sit on the toilet without being crushed up against the sink and there was practically no space between the twin bed and the door. Also I got a horrible rash on my legs from the bedsheets, not sure if it's harsh detergents that they use or something else but I certainly did not sleep well here and the bed was also so uncomfortable.

A short walk to Paddington Station and lots of cafes, bars & restaurants. So the hotel is very convenient. Comfortable and modern hotel. Quick, easy checkin.
