Grazioso monolocale con spettacolare vista sul mare e sulle montagne verso La Gormera e cene all'aperto tutto il giorno a causa del sole tutto l'anno dall'alba al tramonto, che si trova nella famosa zona di Los Cristianos. Si tratta di uno studio open space molto confortevole, luminoso e arioso, che beneficia di una grande terrazza solarium.
C'è anche una piscina comune con lettini gratuiti, anche vicino alla piscina c'è un filtro per l'acqua di raffreddamento a un piccolo costo da 10 centesimi in poi, risparmiando il trasporto delle grandi bottiglie d'acqua dai negozi. Il complesso dispone di un ristorante italiano in loco e ha una lavanderia automatica è anche un ristorante fanatico con vista sopra il supermercato locale a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono altri hotel nei dintorni che offrono un eccellente intrattenimento serale e strutture sportive (bowling, tennis, sauna ecc.) A un piccolo costo. La spiaggia principale è La Vista con le sue sabbie dorate e il porto in modo da poter prendere tutto il sole necessario, lungo il centro della città di Los Cristianos è a 15 minuti a piedi dove troverete una buona selezione di bar, ristoranti e supermercati.
Las Americas è il fulcro di tutti i negozi e bar e ristoranti che troverete passeggiando lungo la costa o con un breve tragitto in taxi.

Apartment/studio large enough for 1-2 people. Very warm at night but there is a ceiling fan . Plenty of everything you need for cooking in . Lots of cutlery but old. Extra condiments like salt pepper tea coffee sugar.Drinking water on site beside the swimming pool for 60c for 5 ltrs , which is great as there is a hill to the nearest supermarket about 5 mns walk away. Bigger supermarket about 10 mns walk but you can get a taxi back. Few shops and bars within walking distance. Also lovely leisurely stroll to vistas beach about 25mns . Lots of restaurants bars and shops along the seafront. Delish the owner was excellent to deal with and recommended thing to do and restaurants to go. Overall a very relaxing holiday and I have no hesitation recommending this property and I would like to give it a 9/10

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at D's apartment in Port Royale. A fantastic experience from start to finish. D is the perfect host. The apartment has everything you need with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The views were spectacular and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks D for everything.

Well equipped comfortable studio apartment with a fantastic sunny balcony and a great sea view. We spent 10 days here in November and enjoyed alfresco dining/relaxing on the balcony and around the pool area.
Apartment complex is at the top of a steep hill but if you don't want to walk it there are plenty of taxis and e-scooters. Apartment is only a few minutes walk from plenty of bars/restaurants and supermarkets.
Host is really welcoming and excellent communication from initial query to extending our original booking.
Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, already looking forward to returning.

D was an amazing host! He was always prompt when providing information or answering questions. The flat itself was perfect for a solo weekend getaway and the balcony was a great place to lay in the sun! Also a perfect location for getting from the airport and around the island.

A lovely little apartment which had everything you needed for your stay. Lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset over the sea. Also it was overlooking the port so was able to watch the boats coming in and going out. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Bathroom very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything needed for food preparation. It was nice to eat breakfast on the balcony while taking in the view.
15 minute downhill walk to the beach, slightly longer in the way back being as it was in an elevated position. Supermarket 5 mins away. Pool access but we didn't use it. There is a dead end road at front and rear of apartments so no passing traffic but ample spaces to park a hire car if needed.
Overall we were very happy with the apartment 👍

Perfecte ligging. Weg van de drukte van het centrum. Appartement zelf ligt vrij hoog, wat zorgt voor een zalig uitzicht. Het is niet groot, maar biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Foto’s en beschrijving zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Zeer tevreden!

The host's communication was very efficient and friendly. We received all the information in a timely manner. We arrived at the apartment at midnight and we had our breakfast supplies ready for the fridge. The apartment suited our needs very well. The location is good and the sunny terrace is great. We can warmly recommend the apartment. The only thing we missed is a standard Nordic coffee maker. We will definitely come again.

D has been a super host, his communication and assistance with the health procedures for arrival and departure alleviated any potential issues and anxieties.
The apartment is on a very clean, tidy and quiet development close to every day facilities and restaurants. The sea front is a pleasant walk away.
The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable.
The terrace to the front offers stunning elevated views over Los Christianos, the coastline and mountains beyond. Mount Tiede is also visible to the right in the distance.
We had a super relaxing week. Thanks D, look forward to our next stay.

Amazing view
Lovely apartment just right for a couple. Extremely well equipped. Excellent wi-fi and all the English channels you need on the TV. Very quiet, with spacious balcony. Only problem is the hill if you're not fit ! We are in our late 60s and found it a little challenging especially when it's very hot. However, it's worth the walk up the hill to enjoy the fabulous view. Washing machine works fine but rusty on outside. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walking to bus station and 25 minutes to beach. If you wish to hire a car there's plenty of parking at the top of the complex. We didn't but used the excellent bus service from the bus station to get around the island. Overall we enjoyed a great 6 weeks at this apartment and the owner was always very helpful.

Excellent stay
Lovely property with wonderful views. Large well equipped balcony with sun all day. Had car so hill wasn’t a problem (71 & 70 year olds) Used car during day & taxis (€3.5 - €4) at night if eating in town. A little climbing if eating locally. Owner D is extremely helpful & forwarded more helpful information than have ever experienced. Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent studio apartment in quiet location
My husband and I have just returned from this lovely apartment in Los Cristianos. Set back in the hills, it’s about a twenty minute walk down to the main resort but is situated in a lovely peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. The apartment has everything you could ask for, literally home from home!! Dee the owner is a fab host. From our initial booking request he was in regular contact with us, which was very reassuring, offering us lots of information about the apartment and resort. I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again.

Really lovely studio apartment, with great views and very peaceful
Had a great stay. Owner was really helpful and great to deal with. Lovely quiet complex. On a hill and steps to apartment so be prepared, but we knew that when we booked. Have actually lost weight through the walking! but we got cabs as well which are nearby so don’t be put off because it’s worth it for the view . Stayed with my husband and we really enjoyed it. Apartment has everything you need, all pots and pans etc if you want to cook, sun loungers, all English tv channels, Netflix. Overall lovely little break. Bed a little on the small side (small double) but only because we are both tall and used to a king size. Other than that no complaints at all.

Lovely apartment with wonderful terrace views of sea and mountains.
Set high up in the Port Royale complex overlooking the town, this hidden gem ticked every box for us. From quality Roca equipment and power shower in the bathroom to a relaxing red and white theme in the main room. It is clean, cosy and very comfortable.
The large terrace for sun and relaxation is a welcome bonus. Excellent support from the owner from the start of the process to last day. Nearby shops and restaurants plentiful.

Superb apartment
my wife and I have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment in Los Christianos. The description is entirely accurate , it is very well decorated, all the facilities you could require and the views from the outside terrace , where we spent most of our time, were spectacular. The communication with D, the owner, was excellent and certainly gave us confidence in the whole process of booking. Only 20 mins from the airport 22euro in a taxi. Very quiet and peaceful on site and an easy walk past Supermarkets , bars and restaurants into town. The weather over the Easter holiday was fabulous 28/30 degrees every day, a great stay and would certainly recommend this lovely apartment

great place to visit
We spent one week in Los Cristianos, it is wonderful place to visit. The apartment is placed in a hill overlooking the town, there is really awesome view from the terrace to the west so we could enjoy romantic sunsets. The apartment was nice and cosy and very well equipped and for a couple big enough :-)

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very close to the close to the grocery store and to some restaurants. Beautiful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view!
