Easy rental of property as I've rented apartment before

Yes the apartment was clean but very basic,very noisy from morning to night From the bar at the side to the main road at the front of the apartment Not enough information in the apartment

This was the 1st time we'd booked with Homeaway and the booking process was very easy. We had a couple of queries for the property management and got speedy replies and were very happy communicating with them. Got all the details we required well in advance of our stay and delighted with them. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, spotless, well decorated, roomy and spacious, well equipped kitchen and large balcony which gets the sun almost all day. Could not fault the apartment one bit. It's within the Cristian Sur complex which as a whole is a lovely complex, very clean, nice staff, the gardens are very well kept and lovely pools. It's within about a 10 minute walk to the beach and main resort of Los Cristianos but there are also a number of bars & restaurants right on your doorstep or at the most a short stroll. One bugbear was trying to get sunbeds and reserving beds. If you are not down at 9 o clock on the button when the beds get unlocked, then forget getting a bed. Everyone would get beds, reserve them with their towels then leave. I went down at 9.05 and every single bed was taken but there was not a soul there, the pool area was deserted. Frustrating to say the least. Frequently, families of up to 8 people would reserve 8 beds then go away and not show up until 1 in the afternoon. Suppose it's the same all over but still annoying. Our biggest and most disappointing bugbear of the whole holiday is the unfortunate location of the apartment within the complex. It is directly above the cafe/bar and almost every night, inconsiderate guests would often sit until 1 or 2 in the morning shouting and allowing their children to run around screaming. It got so bad one night, I went out and asked them to keep the noise down and to be fair, they called it a night. However, our neighbours weren't so lucky and when they went out to another family to ask politely just to keep the noise down, they got the height of cheek back and had to complain to reception. Other neighbours also complained to reception. Then just when you're fast asleep, you'll be wakened at 7 every morning when the cafe opens and the banging of tables and chairs starts up. 8 o clock, the 1st guests arrive and the air hockey & pool table gets going so forget sleeping! Other reviewers did mention it but we didn't appreciate how noisy it would be. Beautiful apartment, unfortunate location.

The apartment is situated above the restaurant area and it was very noisy. 6:30 in the morning you could here dragging chairs and in the nighttime people shouting, laughing etc felt as if they were in the bedroom with us!!!

Apartment nice but not very clean had to clean bathroom before we could shower. Bar right underneath apartment lots of noise till midnight. Then open bar again at 7 am dragging chairs and tables. Would not recommend apartment to friends or family and very over priced

The apartment was lovely with a large balcony & washing machine. No wi-fi (which is the first private rent we have been in without it). English channels available on the TV which was good as the weather was rubbish. The only reason we would not stay here again is the noise from 6.30am ish each morning from the cafe directly below the bedroom window dragging chairs about for what seemed like an eternity, unless you are in a coma there is no way you can have a sleep in.

Great Apartment in a Great Location. Apartment was as advertised, very modern, clean. As other reviews the very minor negatives are because of its location above the supermarket and cafe it can be a little noisy, especially first thing, however this would not deter me from booking this place again. There was also an issue with picking up TV channels, but when i asked i was told this was because they were changing over from Analogue to Digital so hopefully this issue should go away. All in all a great time had by all !!

Been coming to the island for over 20 years, love coming to Tenerife, know the lovely restaurants and also were the entertainment was. Love going to the Soul suite and the Margaretta as they have good entertainment on. Will be coming back next year.
