We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They even provided us with a universal power adapter for our phone chargers, which was very thoughtful. On our last day, we had an early flight and had to check out at 4 AM. The hotel staff went above and beyond by preparing a takeaway breakfast and hot coffee for each of us. This attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

מלון מעולה ענה על כל הציפיות כמה טיפים קטנים 1. למרות שיש שאטלים לכל האטרקציות עדיף לדעתי לקחת מונית. העלות היא 15 שח לכל כיוון. ההסעה של מלון נהיית מאוד עמוסה בשעות הבוקר והאוטובוס נוסע מאוד לאט. בקיצור קחו מוניות. 2. ממליץ בחול לקחת חצי פנסיון במיוחד עם ילדים מתחת לגיל 6 עולה 150 שח לילה לאדם והאוכל מצויין. המסעות יקרות ככה לא תוכלו לקבל דיל יותר טוב מזה לאוכל 3. המלון באמת מעולה חדרים נקיים מאוד /שירות מצויין ומהיר ומקבלים כניסה לכל פארק אחת לכל לילה שקונים. יש טיילת מגניבה צמודה למלון עם ברים מסעדות וכו

Отель, как отель, полностью соответствует своему уровню 4 звезды, но предоставление бесплатных билетов на посещение тематических парков делает его предпочтительным. Мы побывали в аквапарке, парке Феррари и океанариуме. Это восторг!!!!! Расположение отеля очень удачное для острова Яс, при выходе из отеля попадаете на пешеходную улицу со множеством ресторанчиков.

Хочу поблагодарить Hilton за прекрасное оформление номера, подготовились так как у мужа было день рождения. Повысили нам номер и у нас был шикарный вид на бассейн и море. Спасибо вам за все, было все шикарно. Как всегда Hilton меня порадовал и все остались довольны . Очень разнообразная еда, можно накормить любого ребенка. Мои очень привередливые, но вы как всегда на высоте. В номере все чисто, аккуратно. Персонал очень внимателен в ресторане, ресепшене, в детской комнате, парни которые выдают полотенца, водители которые отвозят до парков развлечений. Вообщем персоналу и руководству огромное спасибо за организацию.

Too crowded, breakfast area is not clean

I like the occasion i came to the hotel for and the ballroom

I didn't get the room I requested from Booking.com. The receptionist call a manager which was so mean to offer a room worse than the room I get at the first time. I am senior with difficulty and all what I requested is a room close to the left.

The facility the location. Executive Lounge Facility.

Too strict with headcount for a 5star accommodation. Undeclared 3yo son. Force to upgrade into much bigger unit and much more expensive. Most of the time we are not in the hotel for two days. It mentioned kids at 12yo and below are welcome. Hence I booked for 3 Adults room and willing to pay extra for beddings.

Very good location, new modern hotel with good restaurants and pub. All people, who works there are very good. Housekeeping is excellent, but needed to call a few times for more milk, because it was for one person, not 2

We ordered Sangria in the Beach club. It was not nice, we refused to drink it. Better to take it from the list, because it was not Sangria at all. No vanity kit at all, what was a surprise for a 5 star hotel. Pillows weren’t comfortable, need management to look at

Clean, cozy, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I liked the amazing coffee capsules which are available in the room and the arrangement of the room which has accommodated me and my kids.

The concierge and the room service were taking a bit of time, but I understand that it was a weekend and summer holiday time but still up for improvement.

The staff is very kind, friendly and helping in every way possible. The room is beautifuly designed and very comfy in all areas, the bed was as if we were sleeping on a cloud!

We had a room on the pool-side and since it's the holidays, the music was going pretty hard to entertain the guests downstairs, only thing is, you can hear it all the way to the 6th floor. That could be a bummer for some people, we didn't mind and enjoyed our stay anyway.

Check in process very long and we ask for connected room they did not provide, I have small kids I spent all the days running from room to other. The staff in breakfast and reception looks very tired and overwhelmed, they say no to any suggestions or request. Even in breakfast they don’t provide big tables. No welcome drink or anything special for the kids in the room. In general very standard hotel and rooms nothing special.
