Very satisfied. Very clean. Very nice. Only negative was that the bed tilted on both sides.

Lovely hotel to stay in, rooms were spacious and very clean. It was kept warm and we had room service every day. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Good position of hotel with regular bus routes outside.

Excellent hotel located very well, 10 minute walk from Gloucester Rd tube. Clean and double room was a good size for 1 person. Staff very friendly as well.

Booked 2 rooms and there great. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The shower hot water was very hot so pay attention to the controls, ouch!! The reception were courteous and booking in was a breeze. A short distance from Gloucester Rd tube station is a short walk and so are the museums. All in all I would stay there again.

We stayed two nights, arrived by tube service, and walked to the hotel. The hotel has several places to grab lunch or dinner close (within walking distance), and it also has one big supermarket and a smaller one within walking distance (3 blocks).
The room was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a refrigerator, and the mattress was not the most comfortable one I have slept in.
The hotel location is perfect, with elevators, which is excellent when you have luggage to carry on.

Fantastic location for catching the tube at Gloucester Road, staff are helpful and friendly. Could do with an on site bar in the evenings, this is a missed revenue opportunity by the hotel. Visible areas of the hotel room are very clean, however in twin rooms the bed closest to the wall down the side next to the wall was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time given the amount of dust. That being said, very enjoyable stay and recommend if looking for a convenient hotel in Central London with good connections to tourist locations.

I guess things are relative. The value for money is good. Therefore the size of the room is small. Took me a day or two to get accustomed to the size. No outside window, I should have paid more?? All in all the stay was comfortable, clean and somewhat cosy.

Excellent hotel, clean, perfectly positioned in central London zone 1 for easy access to anywhere you want to go. Within a 10 mins walk from Earls Court Station & Gloucester Road.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. For the price we paid we were happy with our stay. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because the room we stayed in down in the basement (B108) had windows directly outside where staff came and went so there was no privacy. It also appeared to be where they all hung around to smoke and we could hear them chatting at every break. Because it was so close to the windows which we had to keep the blinds down so we could not be seen we could also hear everything as if they were in the same room as us.

Comfortable, clean, great location near a tube stop on three lines. The neighborhood is out of the fray of busy touristy areas. Only comment is that they need to change and fill the water dispenser in the lobby.

The area around this property was safe and it is close to nearby restaurants and maybe 20 mins from all the sites in London. The downside is that the rooms are small and bathrooms are even smaller. Not much in the rooms not even a small fridge.

Hotel is decent, but small rooms - issue was due to a delay we had half hour to check in and get changed for a wedding which I explained to the receptionist who first wanted me to fill in 2 forms with info they should already have? Then asked for ID i did not have, and had not been advised I should bring - despite repeating our predicament, he was being a total jobs worth and very rude. Never asked for ID to check in to any hotel.?? Stupid rules making us even later for the wedding - kept banging on about policy!

Fantastic location, especially for a show at The Royal Albert Hall, and with close access to the tube. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and provided a very relaxing stay. Room (512) was perfect size, clean, quiet, comfortable and had all amenities as needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again - ignore the nonsense reviews about room size etc. this did make us a little apprehensive as to what we were gonna get, but absolutely delighted with our K Hotel experience.

Great location. Reasonable cost for a nice, newly remodeled hotel. Just make sure to book a room with the small bath not the tiny bath ! Crazy small even by European standards. Otherwise a good value all around.

first of all the size of the room, its too small to even have 3 star, the second is the black out curtains were terrible, the quantity of external light comming through the window was too much, and no possibility of getting total dark for sleep purpouse, and the last the table for working in the room was so small that made it impossible to work in the room.

Just an overnight stay in order to see a show at the Royal Albert Hall, which is a leisurely 20 minute walk away. Excellently situated 5 minutes from Gloucester Road Stn. Great little room comfortable and clean, helpful front desk staff and good breakfast.

Cleaning could have been a lot better - room looked superficially clean but limescale and dirt in shower, lots of dust and stains on headboard. Good location and access to the tube.

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly and the room that I stayed in(a double rome) was very big and clean. The only «negative” thing was that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room
