Perfect for what I wanted

They stole stuff from my hotel room when i wasn’t there, the room key card stopped working every time I left the rom and I had to fix it at the reception 4-5 times everyday for my 5 days stay, don’t go to this hotel

More than adequate, part as the room-rate was excellent.

I stat here for two nights in the first night i got really nice room but in the 2nd night i got room at 7th or 8th floor and there is no elevator and in the room there is no socket next to bed that i can put the fan on and is really warm there as well so in tge 2nd night i was really disappointed but overall the hotel is good and the staff is really nice

Absolutely dreadful service. I arrived before 9pm, rang the bell several times, no answer. A guest entering let me in, nobody at reception - rang the phone number several times, it went to voicemail. Three lots of guests arrived, all of us waiting, still nobody showed up. One guest managed to find a different number and eventually someone turned up - he looked at us all and said it’s not my night on, went off looking for someone, he eventually came back on his own - no apology, very rude and began checking us in. He gave me a room card for the fourth floor - I walked up 8 flights of stairs, used the room card only to find the room already occupied - this happened to other guests who were waiting. I eventually got a room but didn’t feel safe - slept with a chair up against the door. Room smelt and felt dirty. Avoid at all costs

Good value for money, comfortable bed

Good location close to tube station. However felt unsafe in room and someone tries the door handle to get in several times in the night

Rooms not cleaned, bed not made, bins not emptied dirty towels not taken away.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was Disgusting. Especially to soap dispenser in the shower. It needed replaced rather cleaned. The mattress wasn't great either. The pillows looked old although the linen was clean. I was on the fifth floor so be aware that there is no lift.

What i love most about the property is its unique nature, clean and it's accessibility.

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and my last stay was the most terrible. All 3 times they gave me the same bedroom which is 202. Just stay away from that room! There was lots of noises from 11pm until 1 pm and the noises start again at 5 am in the morning!!!!!! I think it was staff, doing some kind of cleaning. Or coming from the other rooms. Either way, you can hear all the noises coming from everywhere. No way we could sleep.

Location was good for bus route to go see nearby attractions and close to Victoria station. No elevator so if you have luggage or mobility issues it is not ideal. Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. No air condition. It was ok for one night on a stop over. Would not book any longer.

The room was too small also the toilet was too small.

in a very nice area with more than enough shops and restaurants nearby, a nice distance to places like the O2, No10 or the houses of Parliament. overall a solid hotel for a lone traveler just looking to see the main london atttactions.

It was very nice , it was a little strange upon arrival I was asked to provide passport details and address in order to check in , the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very nice place to stay

Service was poor and unhelpful when we asked for anything. Location was great, but accommodations was old small, bathroom was lacking a proper shower.

The room was tiny, the en suite was like something from a caravan, and the room smelled. It was grubby and unclean. I got very little sleep due to the communal toilet being next to my room and it being used all through the night. It was cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for, so probably my fault for booking it in the first place.

It has a great location, friendly staff, and a tiny room with barely adequate shower facilities.

It was not possible to take a shower without the whole bathroom floor getting soaked. It was like an RV bathroom, where the toilet is almost in the shower.

You get what you pay for, its a budget hotel - room not a bad size, clean but a bit dated and not had a lot of tlc recently. Walls are paper thin so can easily be disturbed by other residents. Fine for a one/two night stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding was fresh and clean. Room and shower room clean and tidy.

I should’ve read the reviews. Only good thing is location but not worth it. Bed and pillows super uncomfortable, you can feel the springs of the mattress. space is minimal including bathroom. The shower curtain was disgusting and full of mould. You can hear all noises from other rooms as you clearly hear what they’re saying and you hear all footsteps from upstairs. Not a good place at all!

Excellent location, man at reception helpful and friendly , quiet room at back room had everything I needed good overall for the rate charged

Handy Hotel for the tube at Pimlico. Only one stop from Victoria Station. Reasonable price with 24hr reception. No breakfast. Slightly odd "wet room style" shower. Just needed a place to sleep, so fine for the weekend.

I reserved this hotel because at the web site said that a small breakfast was included. When we arrived they told us there was not breakfast.

When we arrived, we found out that half our mattress’ springs were broken. The receptionist resolved the issue the following day by giving us another room with balcony.

Comfortable room, really well located and perfectly serviceable. It was quite high (six flights of stairs later!) but it was fine!
