Gorgeous room....the split level was a lovely surprise!

Excellent hotel in a good location (very quiet at night which was a plus), only a 5 minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station with plenty of cafes and restaurants around! Not far from the V&A too! We booked the garden room which is located at the back of the hotel and pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was as well as having our own private patio area. Super service from friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book to stay here again next time we’re in London! :)

Room was good, small (as expected) but comfortable. I was surprised by how worn out and frayed the towels were. The staff were lovely. My room was right next to the elevator, so got a bit of noise/vibration from that but it wasn't terrible. Otherwise, the AC unit provides excellent background white noise.

Loved this property. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was close to absolutely everything!! Walk to Kensington High street. Food options great. Breakfast every morning was fabulous Thank you!

There are a lot of areas of improvement for this hotel. They shpuld train their staff and the reception and the cleaning personnel better.

Overnight but friendly and comfortable- lovely garden area at the back. My room was on the top floor and had huge skylights.

Staff and service was very poor, little interaction and general information about food availability during stay not communicated

I loved this hotel. Great location, clean, friendly staff. For a single traveler, the room was a perfect size (might be small to others). You can't beat the location, 7 minute walk to Earl's Court station.

Good enough.

The check in was quick and easy, someone at the desk 24/7, location isnt too far from the hop on hop off route to get you sround, amazing restaurants in walking distance. The room was nice, very clean and they will keep your luggage for the day after check out if needed!

Hotel was in bad condition for the price and star rating. Wouldn't stay again. However, the staff was nice and polite.

Excellent location. The high ceilings made the room feel very spacious.

Tired room decor. No towels in room on arrival. Towels when supplied were little larger than hand towels. TV in room was the smallest ever encountered.

We were impressed with the comfort and the hosts were very accommodating and lovely. We had a couple of small issues with the room. The bathroom light switch was faulty and embedded further into the switch unit, making it troublesome to use. There was a little bit of damp on the walls and the shower basin was a bit damaged. Aside from that our stay was very pleasant.

What a find! Great little place with everything I needed. Beautiful double room - clean and modern, handy little bar with champagne by the glass, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location away from the bustle yet close to shops, tube etc, cute little courtyard garden for quiet downtime and such a great price. Will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in a deluxe room which was very big by London standards. The location is great and an easy tube ride from Heathrow. The room was quiet with plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was terrific. The breakfast had ample choices and excellent value. The dining room was very cozy with great service every morning. One night was too cold to go out so we had the dining room to ourselves for a lovely dinner. Any small housekeeping request such as extra soap. tea bags etc. was handled promptly. All staff were courteous. We felt at home and will be our choice for our next visit.

The Rockwell was located within easy walking distance to Earls Court tube station. The reception was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful, both over the phone with queries or when checking in. The room was much bigger than I expected for London and was in great condition with a brilliant shower and beds. The price was fantastic also, considering for the same price the other options in the area looked terrible. And walking past some of them confirmed that The Rockwell looked like a much higher standard than the competition. Didn't get a chance to try the bar or restaurant but the menus looked really good. Will absolutely be staying here again.
