Our stay at the Radisson Blu was lovely.
Rooms are clean, crisp, comfortable and inviting. Everything we needed was provided. Housekeeping did a superb job with cleaning. The beds were comfortable and amenities needed were provided. The breakfast buffet was superb, one of the best of variety! All staff we interacted with - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, spa - were helpful and friendly. Lastly, we felt safe at all times.

The hotel staff are incredible - especially the guys working in the business lounge. They greeted me by name, learned what I liked and would always ask if I wanted it, and spent their time telling me more about the culture and history of Ethiopia. Highly highly recommend this hotel!

We loved staying at the Radisson Blu in Addis Ababa. Our room was very nice. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good. EXCELLENT.

This hotel is very centrally located. Staff are excellent and food far above average for Addis. Rooms are standard except all the materials are high quality (not always case in Addis).

Great room, with quality bath products. Comfortable bed, shower and bathtub working well. Good breakfast with a variety of dishes. Attentive and cordial service from the staff. Well located, modern and safe hotel. It's worth paying the price. Make sure you accept same-sex couples in a room with a double bed.

I only remember his name and not the names of other staff.] This stay was my second in 2 months. I went because I had to speak for two different conferences that were held online. Reliable wifi was a must. And since my conferences were in the evening by East Africa Time, I stayed the night.
The massages, the food, the rooms, the ambience, the staff—all were great. I especially recommend Radisson Blu foe business trips.

Stayed one night before we flew home. Hotel was just what we needed after 3 weeks travelling round Ethiopia. With a bit more time on our hands, we would have wanted a few more facilities (eg a pool), but for the amount of time we had, this hotel covered our needs.

This hotel has no pleasant public spaces, no garden. For is sub-par, to say the least (always when compared to what we can expect from this brand in other countries.
