The hotel management staff was amazing and attentive and took all steps to ensure our stay was pleasant. Excellent customer service.

Classy hotel with super friendly staff who spread good vibes and amazing customer service. The (free!) sauna and jacuzzi are also so relaxing after a long day of work. Highly recommend!

The property is given wrong star. This property is like max 3 star. Place is not clean. Most of things doesn't work including elevator,light and it's in construction currently.
Parking is very narrow limited space in a basement and difficult to enter for bigger cars like SUV. Very limited supply of toiletries and you get one towel and old

Even though it's location is in one of Addis Ababa's busy streets, a few meters from most shopping malls and tourist attractions, you will enjoy the serenity once you enter the hotel.Most of the staff are friendly,welcoming and professional.

It wasn’t bad. There is no access to temperature control of the rooms. There were cracks in the bathroom and the food menu didn’t provide all of the items actually available in the kitchen.However, the staff are very friendly and responsive.

From what I saw, the property is just okay. It’s located around a lot construction so when you open windows there’s a lot noise. I didn’t get a chance to visit the hotel as I was self quarantine in my room for 2 days. Improvement are needEd for the food choices and the service staff to listen and deliver as ordered. Each meal I ordered had some thing wrong with and had to to returned which takes about 1 hour.

One of the person who is short dark skin at front desk are mean and he tried to overcharge me and I had to go to a different person because of his service did not like it. also room service and the bar take forever when you order something not a good place to eat when you’re hungry.

Great hot water shower and comfortable beds! Overall pleased with our stay. They changed us the same price on our early check in day as the pre-paid night. That was very helpful.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. The food was good also. The location was also ideal.

Very happy with stay except for pick up at airport which was delayed (would have just gotten my own taxi if i had known). Otherwise good customer service, nice breakfast buffet and excellent spa services. Would recomment, i will be back.

The staff were excellent but this is by no means a 5star hotel. At best it is a 3.5 based on the food and the standard of the amenities. The bathrooms are in average condition. There is noise from the outside. There’s no minibar and snacks which is typically found in 5star hotels. The gym is basic. Breakfast is average. However it felt safe and the staff were very warm and welcoming.

I particularly appreciated the restaurant and its staff, although the menu was limited. What was frustrating was the wifi. The only area with decent connection was the lobby. Once you got into the rooms in higher floors, you lost the connection.
Also, I was given a different type of room than the one I booked on the account that there was a AU Summit in town.

Wonderful hotel. There is a beautiful pool and delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options and includes fresh squeezed juices and cappucino/macchiato/coffee made to order. The Spa is decent. If you prefer a cooler room, I would suggest requesting a room north facing as there is no central AC in the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and was quite helpful particularly with our children. The internet has decent speed for Ethiopia.

great friendly and accommodating staff, nice rooms and facilities. make sure to get a mountain view room and not city view as the latter tends to be hotter and noisier. overall recommend for an affordable higher end hotel

Great Hotel. The breakfast buffet had I great spread. The pool we couldn’t use because eventhough there were other people without swimming hats, the instructor for the kids decided that we were not allowed to do so... but the spa area made up for that one rude person. The staff from the spa was great and the prices were completely affordable.

Very nice gym, pool and spa. Fast wifi in comparison to addis. The restaurant is mediocre. The price was raised, but the variety and quality not increased.

wifi is good. spa and gym are nice. The reservation system is terrible. I had to go to the reception 4 times to renew the room key. Sometimes only one elevator works. It takes long to go up and down.

This is at best a 3 star hotel. A very important note of precaution: The hotel has no air conditioning installed in the rooms. It sits next to a major highway and when you open the windows you smell exhaust fumes from the traffic below. I am surprised that none of the other reviewers mentioned that in their reviews.

Cant recommend better place for that price. Internet worked well, food was good, pool is nice, sauna was great, supermarket next door.

The room was nice but the spa was the best. Unfortunately some of the outlets were not working but will be visiting this hotel in my next trip.
