We had an issue with the self check-in. The fob in the lock box did not work to open the apartment door. I had to call Expedia and they reached out to the property. The cleaner was inside the property and he put another fob in the lock box but made no effort to locate me (I was on the front step). This delayed our check-in several hours. The common area was not very clean nor was the apartment. Other than that the apartment was fine. The location is excellent.

Bayswater did not send the code for the entrance door prior to the stay which meant I had to book another hotel.

Cute property! I liked the room but had problems with the shower temperature and a park of the toilet was missing. There were also 2 dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

Train stations are very nearby. Alot of food options nearby too. Apartment doesn't have a lift so please dont bring big bags.

Area good. Grocery stores, restaurants, two tube stations. Not great to be informed only 24-48 hrs ahead of occupancy that no lift. Carpets dirty in lobby/on stairs. Carpets in unit ratty and tripping hazards. Windows dirty inside and out. Flooring not sealed properly in bathroom. No fan in bathroom. One washing machine broken while dryer no heat therefore didn’t dry clothes. Unit small including bed.

A very comfortable stay

There are a lot of advantages in staying in your own apartment. It's nice to know you can come and go without being interrupted by room cleaning etc. you can self cater and you have a bit more space. This is a good apartment (we stayed in number 12). The size is enough for 2 people. It's good to have a separate area for sleeping from the living area (but note, there is no door between the two rooms). The apartment is nicely furnished with sufficient space for storing clothes, there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, a small amount of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion and a couple of small soaps). These were just enough for two weeks. We did have to buy extra toilet paper. A couple of quirks were that the fob on the door into the apartment only ever worked on the 3rd go. Also, as mentioned on the site and by others, there are a lot of stairs to the upper levels. After a day of sightseeing and walking around, the extra walk up the stairs can be a struggle, but certainly keeps you fit! The property said that there would be one room service after a week but this never happened. We washed the towels ourselves in the communal laundry. The laundry was a little bit unkempt, just dusty and lots of detergent on the floor and always full of piles of sheets and towels in various stages of washing and drying. There are two washing machines and one went out of order during our stay. The machines were in fairly regular use by staff and guests.

The place was extremely amaizing!! Clean, beautiful area, near of Hyde Park... definitely I would love to be in there again!!!

It was a good place to stay for a week. The place is safe and very well located.

Easy check in and good location in quiet neighborhood. Close to Hyde Park, restaurants and grocery shops. BUT I do not recommend that you book the listing/room “Basic-double room” as it’s located on the ground floor right next to the laundry room. Due to that (and the weather) it got so hot in the room and was also noisy. No AC, only a small ventilator. And the bed is very small. The bed was very narrow - the smallest double bed you can get. We did not sleep well.

If you need WiFi & a well maintained property - this is not the place for you. The location is great! However, not having wifi that actually works is a problem. The sprinklers in the room were leaking rust from the ceiling, the hall had a consistent questionable smell, and a bunch of other maintenance issues. additionally, their billing practices are questionable as they tried to bill me an extra $518 - not a deposit but an actual charge. I used to live in London, so it is not a review on london flat normals of Ken/South ken but this property in particular.

Great way to experience London the first time.

Pretty basic bedsit. Clean and everything as described. But no phone signal and the wrong WiFi details meant I was unable to use laptop or phone which was pretty frustrating. And there’s no one you can contact - the number provided just rang out.

I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a perfect 2 and a half week stay and it felt like a little home away from home. With absolutely everything we needed. Great place and great location ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room doesn't match the picture and description. Rather cramped. The removal and rearrangement of some furniture would help, like TV on brackets rather than chest of draws. Washing machine and dryer is a bonus. Nice area close to all amenities and transport.

Property is as expected in good location and clean as in pictures. It just did not say anywhere,at least for me that the apprtment is on the last 4th floor with no lift.

Could be much better with some maintenance and better cleaning. The hall is a bit smelly. Good location with many services around. With a couple of improvements the impression could be completely different!

The first thing you notice is the smell that is outside the apartment, through the halls, it is quite bad. The apartment is great, a small studio but exactly like the picture. Very comfortable but the bed is not for 2 people and you will need either the window open or the fan because it gets warm. They should have at least one person in the property because no one would answer the phone.

Apartment was great however with no lift and being on the 4th floor with cases and no assistance made it difficult. Lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during summer heat.

Central location was great. Main corridor smelt pretty bad although our room was fine and had big window to open. Kitchen sink missing a plug made washing up harder. Kitchen cupboards were dirty on outside. Table wobbled really badly and bed throw had cigarette burns. Little tricky initially to get main door open.
