Staff at the hotel were super helpful

Nice hotel in good location. Handy for restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant serves an interesting and good quality dinner buffet.

Excellent hotel all round. Great location away from the crowds and the onsite entertainment each night was excellent. Definitely go back

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Also have to praise the very polite and happy cleaning staff. The hotel room was very basic and in general the hotel is looking a bit tired. We still enjoyed our stay and it’s well located.

All very good. Weather was a bit hot but I suppose we shouldn’t complain

Hotel was really nice. Staff were amazing. Lot of older people in the hotel which was fine. Couple of the parts of the hotel could do with some TLC such as handles and paintwork around communal areas and toilets where there was dirt from use and marks. Breakfast was decent. We disnt eat in the restaurant at night as we wanted to go out and try other places

Excellent hotel

Really didn't like being tagged like cattle (nfc wristband that you should keep on at all times, don't worry it's waterproof so you can shower with it too). Never going to stay at this hotel again

We went for "nice" not "price" when we booked, and we certainly got nice. I was surprised at check in as had booked breakfast buffet only with the room, but was told it was full board. We didn't eat every meal at the hotel. as we like exploring places to eat. The room was great, spaciously with an excellent sea view. The only very slight criticism we would have is the food at the breakfast buffet was not very hot. But we had a great stay and would not hesitate in staying there again

We only stayed 1 nite but the hotel was beautiful we was on floor 8 and the veiw was incredible would definitely stay there again

Not very clean and I only stayed one night but was disturbed 3 times, once by someone delivering chocolates, once by someone checking the mini bar and once by a cleaner banging on the door when my room wasn’t due to be cleaned. I didn’t therefore feel I had very much privacy for a one night stay. Also the shelves in the bathroom were dusty, the drains stank and there were other peoples hairs still in the shower.

This hotel has a very nice aesthetic and is located right off of the boardwalk. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the pool area is really nice as well. We had a really wonderful time and all in all almost the entire staff was phenomenal. That being said, we did have one really negative interaction with a wait staff for dinner. A waiter at dinner service was very rude to my wife and I in front of the entire dining area. He made a rude comment about us seating our selves when it was a seat yourself area and we had been directed to do so by the reception. Then he initially refused to serve us because we did not have our room wristband despite having checked in with the dining reception and verifying we were guests. He told me to leave to retrieve it so that I could order water, then he walked away from the table. I tried talking with him and asking to charge to our room and we can gladly verify our identities, which is exactly what we did for lunch earlier in the day.(we had to because our wristband hadn't worked earlier and the lunch waiter commented that this happened on occasion because of wifi and tech issues). He said it was not possible and that I needed to leave and come back. I went up front and told them about the issue, and they told me I didn't need my wristband and they would take care of it. He brought our water and put a receipt on our table and didn't talk to us the rest of dinner. Every other staff member went above and beyond in all ways

Hotel was very busy. Breakfast buffet was very good. Didn’t eat dinner cos did not want a buffet. Got an upgraded room which was nice. Being a holiday style hotel, in-room business facilities were not great but not a negative overall. Staff and service were great.

From the moment we entered the hotel and throughout the stay we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool area had enough sunbeds available for the time we were staying. The restaurant food was excellent with a buffet style variety of foods and catered for different tastes. Had to check out the desert counter!! There wasn't one meal that we didn't like. The hotel was walkable to the town centre where there were also many places to eat and drink, also walkable to Los Americanos. The hotel cat certainly made himself at home and wasn't phased with the coming and goings, he blended in with the lobby area

Staff were excellent. Great location, room was nice. They made a big effort for my birthday as a surprise which was lovely. Only negative was there weren’t enough sun beds by the pool.

Very nice place, friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Reception staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Food especially breakfast is full of different and delicious options.

The reception staff went above and beyond To receive a nice glass of cava on arrival was an added bonus Ivan went above and beyond he was very helpful and for him to remember mine and my friends name was very nice Food was excellent Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Room not clean on arrival hair ball in bathroom toenail on the floor dusty floor. Staff not friendly shouted at for taking a breakfast coffee outside. Food average was very good but not now.

The staff at H10 Big Sur are very friendly and service minded. We were offered a room to shower before we left at late night, at no charge

The best Hotel in the area by a long way

The hotel was fine, bed comfortable and rooms are nice. However, I had to move room three times. Mainly due to the awful loud entertainment of the hotel opposite the rear of the hotel. It goes on until at least 11pm so if you don’t want to go to sleep before then you’ll be ok. There’s no way you can sleep as it’s really loud. Other guests also ruined my trip by letting their room doors slam all hours of the day and night (even 03:50!). Just a real lack of consideration for others. The staff are all nice, especially the restaurant staff. All reception were also lovely with exception of one man who I think was the manager. He was rude on the phone after I left a TA review mentioning my lack of sleep.

Been there before and enjoyed it, good food, good entertainment, good hotel. Spot w!!

The hotel was great the staff where excellent the only problem was there was not enough of them cut backs after covid we think. Would go back again the location was great the room was fine except a phone in the room no directory couldn't even call reception there was a emergency phone in the lift same thing nothing even written on them. The pool bar couldn't open till the restaurant closed due to staff shortage so couldn't get a coffee in the morning and miss breakfast was not allowed to take a coffee out of the restaurant to sit out side this hotel needs looking at reception was busy in the after again only one member of staff on the desk.
