El baño era muy grande y limpio. El personal amable y la localización buena, cerca de un metro con muchas lineas. Ademas estaba cerca de muchos restaurantes.

Muchas escaleras para subir y sin ascensor (tienen uno pero para otra zona). La cama era muy pequeña para dos personas.

The staff were extremely helpful. The facilities were modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the location. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Vi hadde bestilt dobbelt rom deluxe for 4 netter til 855 pund. Får det minste dobbeltrom jeg noensinne opplevd med en dobbelseng på 135 cm! Sengen tar opp hele rommet, nesten umulig å gå rundt å ingen plass til å åpne reisevesken. Klager men hotellet sier det er riktig. Får tilbud om nytt rom med større seng neste dag mot en avgift på 90 pund. Må jo ta det da rommet vi har ikke går å bo i for to damer i sin beste alder. Får det nye rommet som er litt større neste ettermiddag. Det er greit nok og seng i normal størrelse som man kommer rundt! Merker første natt at det er for varmt. Klager på ac og de ser at romtemp er 24 grader! Skal sende service. Neste natt like varmt, klager 2 ganger og får siste kvelden skifte rom. Det var ok. Klagde når bi skulle sjekke ut og fikk da etterhvert refundert de 90 pund vi måtte betale ekstra. Skulle bare mangle…

Die Lage war gut, der Bahnhof Paddington 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich.

Wir wünschten ein ruhiges Zimmer und erhielten ein Zimmer mit Ventilatoren vor dem Fenster. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln und es war besser. Wir konnten nicht im Haupthotel wohnen sondern in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel in ähnlicher Art. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hat schlecht gerochen. Das Bett war für zwei Personen zu klein, die Matratze war sehr weich und das Schlafen war unmöglich. Wir entschieden uns nach einer Nacht auszuziehen.

It was a very tiny room. But in hindsight it was like the picture on the fotos. But you did not recognize this. Maybe all rooms in london are so small. But we traveled around the world and a room like this we never had in a 4* Hotel. So it was a little confusing. And second point: When we arrived they went with us the the hotel next by. So we did not slept in the hotel we booked. But the reviews were the same and it was the same room like on the booking app. So I did not complain. But it was also confusing.

Hotel was very clean, modern and close to Paddington station from which you can get anywhere by train.

Bed was not particularly comfortable and bathroom was very small, despite reasonable.

Location. Very Central for London. Paddington Rail Station is within 300 yards. With constant Underground trains. It is less than an hours walk to Leicester Square.

The Weather was excellent for the week and I walked everywhere. I did not wish to do anything else so there was nothing I lacked.

Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities available eg iron, kettle, microwave and hairdryer, plenty of power points for charging. Nice decor

Location was excellent as close to Hyde park and railway transport. Room were comfortable and we were happy with the club rooms and the size for London and we were all close together
