Nice remodeled hotel in a quiet area . Our tiny room was perfect for a one nights stay . Tastefully designed and a great shower.

Good location, a few blocks from the tube station. The rooms were very small which was ok for one person but would be tight for two. It was fairly clean but there were mark all over the walls. My only complaint is it was so loud, I could hear everything in the hall, the room next to me, outside the window etc.

Well maintained property. Rooms were small but that was expected. Comfy beds. Breakfast staff were so attentive and kind. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. Fruit, yogurts croissants and full English. They even made the toast for you. Just a short walk from the tube and high street where there were pubs and shops. Nice quiet street location. No issues at all. I would stay again. Thank you

The hotel is ideally situated for a London stay with underground station just a few minutes walk up the road. Loads of food places to eat and shops too. However the hotel itself is not what the photos show on the website. The lobby is very bare and does not reflect a 4star rating . I paid extra for breakfast option only to find out they start breakfast service from 0730am only. I started asking property a few days before I arrived if they could provide a box breakfast maybe as needed to leave hotel at 0730 , nothing could be done and no refunds offered. I asked reception to book a taxi for me ,he called the can company who advise cost of £15 for my journey and also confirmed cash payment accepted. However when I got out of cab ,taxi driver didn't seem to pleased I didn't have cash and went on to charge me £18 I stead on my card .

This property was AMAZINGGG! I’m a female who booked a Last Minute trip to London the day before. I was searching for hotels and came across this one. The solo bedroom is PERFECT! Bed is comfortable and the first level was convenient. Near the metro station which was PERFECT!!! Literally a 3min walk. Hotel has Taco Bell, McDonalds, KFC & more walking distance Hotel DOESN’t offer shuttle to airport, or laundry service. Metro doesn’t work 24/7 so remember to check what time the last metro runs. Overall excellent property if I’m ever back in London I would definitely stay here again, Staff is friendly. If you’re from USA the AC there doesn’t blow as hard as we’re use to, just an FYI

This was a very uncomfortable hotel. The mattresses were extremely hard and they rarely had any toilet paper. They closed the hotel and did not allow anyone in or out because they were “away for five minutes” and the elevator did not work properly. The only redeeming quality was the politeness of the staff. Overall it was not a good experience.

If you need to spend just nights at this hotel, it’s a great option. Very close to Kensington gardens and easy to get to from both Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

The staff were excellent and friendly, from the checkin with Nicola to the regular staff. They were easy to talk with and seemed very interested in the guests staying there.

Stayed 2 nights here and was very pleased overall. The hotel was in great condition, rooms were small but this was no issue for me, facilities were modern and well kept. Can't comment on the breakfast as I set out early each day. Really friendly and helpful service on reception. Despite being only 2 minutes walk to Earls Court tube, it was very quiet.

Nice staff

Very convenient location for Earls Court tube and the high st. Very quiet hotel with super helpful staff. Very good range of breakfast options both traditional English and continental. The hotel and our room was super clean and comfortable with lovely modern bathroom facilities. We booked a double room which was adequate but had one side against the wall which was a little awkward for getting up during the night but otherwise the bed was very comfortable. Tea / coffee making in the room along with hair dryer.
