I have nothing good to talk about the property . The staff, to the management to the facility should all be SHUT DOWN. They have a front desk who will steal your number from your reservation if you refuse THREE times to give it to them. They will text and harass you as if you didn’t spend $200 to be left alone in your room. He’ll come to your door with a “compt” water and terrorize you while you and your twin sister are trying to enjoy your random solo trip to a new state. His persistence made us so fearful to leave our rooms but we had to eat since we were stuck in an airport for 12 hours . It was actually horrifying to our realization that we also had a lock out room so in order to ensure the creepy staff didn’t wait into our room until we came back to the hotel room so we missed a work event and lost hundreds of dollars due to this unprofessionalism & harassment.

They double charged me again after I complained , the manager was also victim blaming saying that his employee said I wanted to talk to him and wanted his number with my twin and witness who was also in fear of her life was there to defend and scold them for their actions and allowing an employee to think it’s ok to steal my number from a reservation WITHOIT my permission.

I loved the location and access to bars and restaurants

How a guest claimed there were bed bugs in her bed, as we were arriving but the staff member got aggressive with her. Then when we went to my room I was concerned and had to check my beds. Came to find out that there were blood stains on the sheets and in the restroom they didn’t even wipe the blood off the wall close to the sink.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was so nice and clean& we enjoyed the breakfast during our stay it was very good. Just a nice clean place to stay and wake up to a hot delicious breakfast.

Serving grits sometimes with your breakfast would be nice- but we still enjoy the bre

The AC in the room was not cooling and when I went to tell them. They said there was not any rooms available to move me.
