sehr sauber, modern, zentral gelegen, mit naher guter Busanbindung, sehr gutes WLAN mit einem super TV-Angebot in allen Sprachen, die Nähe zum Strand, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, preiswerte Gastronomie in der Nähe und in einer schönen Anlage im Landesstiel.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment which is in a great location in a central area but still very quiet. Darius and Greta could not do enough for us and communication was good. Would definitely be returning.

Only the coffee machine was missing but brought direct by Greta after calling her. The big mattress should be renewed. The best times are gone.

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, de la plage et des transports en commun. L'atout de cet appartement est évidemment la terrasse. Greta et Darius nous ont très larges quant aux heures d'arrivée et de départ. A notre arrivée, un petit cadeau nous attendait ... de quoi nous désaltérer et des chocolats. Encore merci à eux.

Property was very clean and check in was excellent,especially being able to check in early,only problem was one of the sun beds had a broken leg and couldn’t work out washing machine properly.Apart from that we had a great time and would return.

La casa è molto carina, ben arredata ed attrezzata di tutto, in un parco molto tranquillo. La posizione e centralissima perché il parco ha due entrate è una da’ sulla strada principale della movida di tenerife. Nonostante la posizione centralissima, tra locali , ristoranti e a 300 my dalle spiagge, la casa è silenziosa e sempre fresca, anche fuori al bellissimo terrazzo. La piscina del residence. È molto comoda e il chiosco preparata degli ottimi pranzetti per che non ha voglia di uscire dal residence. Darius è una persona molto attenta e precisa, ci ha seguito e fornito tutto quelllo di cui avevamo bisogno. Bellissima esperienza

The Paraiso Royal Complex was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with a lovely large balcony/sun terrace. Very central for beach, bars and restaurants. The heated swimming pool area was superb with a food bar offering a varied menu at excellent prices. The pool bar staff were very friendly too. The communication from both Darius and Greta was first class with Darius meeting us on arrival and showing us around. I requested a late checkout and this was not a problem with Greta and Darius I would definately recommend this apartment Fiona Tweedie

The Paraiso complex more than met with our expectations and the heated pool area was excellent with a food bar area that offered a varied quality menu - at very affordable prices. The apartment itself delivered on its promise with an extra large balcony/sun terrace. The communication and updates from both Darius and Greta was first class with Greta meeting us on arrival and showing us around. Clean, spacious, well proportioned. i can whole heartedly recommend staying here. very central too, and it was lovely and quiet. fantastic host rounded the whole trip off.

We have enjoyed our holiday in this apartment everything you need and the complex was spot on ,although it was situated in the middle of bars and restaurants it was private and quiet. The swimming pool area was a good size and very clean with plenty of sun loungers available. The poolside bar was an extra bonus serving excellent food and drinks. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The large terrace was perfect for sunbathing or just chilling out in the evening watching the sunset. Darius the apartment owner met us when we arrived and was very helpfull and on hand if we needed anything. We have had a great holiday and will be booking again for next year. We would recommend this apartment and complex to anyone visiting this area.

The apartment is close to all amenities that las Americas has to offer all within walking distance, good communal pool with a bar and hot food available so no need to pop back to eat. The apartment itself has a modern kitchen and walk in shower with a nice size bedroom and air conditioning, when we stayed there was workmen demolishing a building at the end of the block so it was noisy with grinders and pneumatic hammers on the go all week mid week which was unfortunate for us but wouldn't be a problem when it's finished and it was quiet when they had finished working with no noise from the nearby bars and restaurants. All in all its a nice apartment well situated and clean and tidy, as in a previous review it could do with a safe just to put your passports, money and flight information in just for extra peace of mind. PS Darius and Greta where very friendly and helpful

Schönes ruhiges Apartment mit großartiger Terasse in perfekter Lage. Sauberes Pool mit gutem Buffet, gleichzeitig 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Gut geeignet auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine à 4 personnes. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé, en centre ville proche des magasins, restaurants et plages. Pourtant calme de jour comme de nuit. La terrasse est toujours ensoleillée et le petit patio super agréable. La piscine commune est paisible avec une petite paillote bien sympa ou l on peut boire un verre ou déjeuné, excellent et pas excessif. Point négatif le matelas de la grande chambre pas confortable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Good communication with owners direct before arrival and met the key holder who showed us round so no problems there 👍 The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be... really well decorated and spacious. We were well provided for with everything you would need to self cater or if you wanted to wash clothes. Beds were very comfortable and different places to sit and chill. There is heating/air con if you need it too. Amazing, large balcony which gets the afternoon sun so you have a private place to sunbathe if you want it. The pool was stunning and peaceful with a well stocked bar and lunchtime food. Everything felt very secure and well looked after. The area was great... loads of bars and restaurants for all sorts of tastes, we had a few vegetarians and vegans in our party so were really happy to find a restaurant that catered for everyone just around the corner... big shout out to Ilili for many scrumptious breakfasts and a lunchtime feast. Lastly a couple of small negatives which by no means spoiled our experience but just to help others when choosing their holiday apartments and similarly some feedback for the owners... Only one bedroom is private because the other is entered straight from the front door and is open plan to the kitchen and rest of the apartment. There is no safe in the apartment... it's always nice to have somewhere to put your valuables, passports and cash! The double bed had single duvet covers as a top sheet and we had to get extra covers out to keep us warm at night so a duvet would have been useful too.
