The home was wonderful. Plenty of room for our group of six. All necessities were provided. Excellent location and communication from host.

Mingus was great! He was so responsive and his place was super convenient to paddington, hyde park, and tons of other things! It was easy to get in and out, and its really as spacious as it seems online plus some! He had what we needed (laundry with detergent, bath supplies, fresh towels) and the place was spotless and well kept. Worth the cost for what you get and the location. A bit hard to get a buggy/stroller in and out, but doable if needed. My baby slept better here than home!

The location of the flat is excellent, very close to Paddington station and restaurants. The host is lovely, accommodating and attentive. The flat itself was ok. The house keys had been damaged prior to our arrival so it made every turn of the lock a multi-minute hassle. I hope they have been fixed by now. It is sufficiently large with many bathrooms, but the home is sparsely decorated with inexpensive cabinetry. The lower level is underground and always smelled musty and damp during our visit.

Very clean and nice. 3 large bedrooms and 4 baths. Did not use patio but it is nice to have. Living area and eating area were large and very nice. Not many channels. Clean and well kept. Thank you. Washing machines in England leave a lot to be desired. Very very long wait times for washing and drying. Instructions are not user friendly.

The house is very large a short distance from Paddinton Station. Local pubs and restaurants are plentiful and Paddington station is a hub for underground and buses to get around the city. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The flat had everything we needed for an extended family stay in London. Lovely quiet street in a convenient location. Very easy communication with owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Plenty of room for five adults and great location near Paddington Station and area. Sanjay was a great communicator before and during the trip and was responsive when we had questions. Never figured out the washer/dryer but didn't really try to use it until late in our stay - definitely user error. Can't wait to visit London again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s location is easily accessible with a fairly long but easy walk to London Center through Hyde Park or with easy access to public transportation. The three bedrooms are private and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Sanjay was always accessible and very proactive if needed for anything. We hope to return to London soon and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was as-advertized. Plenty of room for family of 5. Place was well-kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you need. Best part about it was location. Beautiful, quiet neighbor. Only 1 street over from busy, bustling street with tons of great restaurants. Oh, being literally right next to Paddington train station was super convenient.

We had a great time at this property. Close to the Paddington station and within walking distance to stores and restraunts. The appartment is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had a great time and highly recoomend this place.

We had a multi generational family of five stay at Sanjays flat. Sanjay had checked in with me prior to our arrival; which was appreciated as we went over any questions I had and logistics of location. The home was as pictured and very clean!!! There was plenty of space for five adults and beds were comfortable and we liked having multiple bathrooms for use. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT!!! About two blocks from the Paddington Station, which is a big hub for the tube and can get you anywhere in London. If taking the tube is not your thing taxis and Ubers would come right to the flat to pick us up as well. It was quiet in the flat, which allowed for a good nights rest after day of touring the town. It was completely outfitted with all necessities for cooking, etc. and plenty of space to spread out if you needed some downtime from your family ;) For those trying to understand the layout of this flat…you come in from the street taking a few steps to get to the main door. It is a two level flat and on the first level are the two bedrooms - one bedroom is an en suite with shower and toilet and the other bedroom is steps away from another bathroom. There’s a flight of stairs going down where there’s another bedroom with en suite, with shower and toilet and another separate bathroom and the living area and kitchen are just down the hall. There’s a nice patio that you could use as well, weather permitting. My mother has mobility issues and uses a walker to navigate getting around. She had no issues using the stairs in this flat and we had her stay in the lower level because once down there, she could access the entire living/ kitchen area easily and only used the staircase to come and go from the the flat. I would highly recommend this flat for the location, the space and the host, are all fantastic, and we had a lovely time in London!!

Fabulous Property, Convenient with access to all of London in such a lovely location. Including all the amenities of home. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space for our family of four. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you Sanjay!

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay here, truly felt like our home away from home! The location is perfect, only a short walk from Paddington station. Fantastic neighbourhood with so many amenities and beautiful Hyde Park all within walking distance. We were a multi-generational family traveling together and there was more than enough space in the flat for everyone in our party to comfortably gather together and yet have personal space too. Cannot say enough about what an excellent host Sanjay is, extremely attentive and showed great care in making our London stay perfect. Thank you, Sanjay!

We had a terrific vacation in this wonderful flat. It is on 2 levels. Top level is 2 large bedrooms and 2 private shower bathrooms. Downstairs is another large bedroom with private bathroom, a large, comfortable living room with TV, a hall bathroom with a bathtub, a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor courtyard with table and chairs. We were 4 adults and 2 children and this was perfect for us. Lots of privacy and room for all. A great location close to many tube lines, restaurants, groceries. Very well stocked, great communication. Highly recommend.

This property is truly the perfect location. So close to Paddington station to get around london and grab groceries. The property itself was quiet and functional. The upstairs toilet was broken by the previous renter so that was a but annoying. Overall I would recommend this based on location alone.

We are a family of four with older teenage children who need their space and privacy. We were hopeful that this flat would be in a great location to explore London while allowing the family members their own space to adjust to the time zone. We are clean and our standards for cleanliness are quite high. Therefore, our expectations were high. After a one week stay in this flat, I can say that our high expectations were met. Sanjay was communicative, professional, courteous and timely. The flat was clean and large. The flat was safe, private, and close to the tube and Heathrow Express. Although there were some minor facilities issues during our stay that could not be repaired due to the holiday season, we knew about them in advance and Sanjay went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. We would recommend this place and would stay again.

This 3 beedroom/4 bath flat was perfect for our family vacation. Clean, spacious, and very well-appointed. The location was perfect, allowing quick access to Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. The host was gracious and communicated well. You could tell he wanted everything to be perfect for our stay, which was very much appreciated.

My family/friends and I had a great stay in this Paddington vrbo! The host was so easy and fast to communicate with and gave an easy Check in/check out process. He also shared with us some recommendations in the area which was very appreciated. We were a group of 6 so this stay was the perfect size for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 couples per room. 2 rooms had an en suite and one had a bathroom right outside in the hall. There were 4 bathrooms in total. We especially loved the outdoor area where we were able to sit as a group. The area felt safe and residential. Very close to the paddington station where you can take an express train to the airport which was so convenient. Would highly recommend staying here, nothing but great things to say!

Excellent location. Just a 6-7 minute walk to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express and tube access. Bedrooms and bathrooms are as represented. The living, dining and kitchen are spacious. Great neighborhood restaurants. We would stay here again.

We were able to easily navigate around the city from this home's location. An easy walk to the tube and train stations with pubs and dining options very close by. We enjoyed our stay in London and very much look forward to a return visit.

The unit was exactly as was portrayed in the listing. It had everything you could possibly need for a stay in London. The way the bedrooms are situated (good distance apart) are perfect for a stay with multiple adults. Not sure how it would work with younger children given all the living area is downstairs. Speaking of which, the living/dining/kitchen area is very well appointed and spacious. One little oddity, the washer/dryer unit (yes one combined unit) is underneath the counter in the kitchen. This may be common in Europe, but a bit of a novelty to us Americans. There was a power surge during our stay which wasn't that big of a deal except I could not locate the downstairs breaker box. The property manager eventually advised me it was towards the ceiling near the base of the stairs. Overall, you can't go wrong given the size and spaciousness of the unit combined with the proximity to Paddington Station.

After searching for weeks for an apartment that could comfortably fit 6 adults (3 couples), we finally found this apartment and it was PERFECT! There was plenty of space, the layout provided privacy and the queen sized beds (which definitely can be difficult to find) were very comfortable! The apartment was extremely clean, neat and quiet. The location near Paddington is easily accessible from Heathrow and to all other places. We absolutely loved our time at your apartment! This flat makes an excellent home base for a visit to London. It is a short 2 block walk from Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express drops you after an easy 15 minute ride. The communication from the owner was excellent and check in was seamless. The flat itself is quite large. It occupies the ground level and basement so guests need to navigate down a flight of steps to access the living area/kitchen/terrace. There are three large bedrooms which are private from each other and each has a private restroom (2 en-suite) and there is a 4th washroom as well. In spite of being below ground level the living area is open and spacious with a skylight to provide a lot of natural light. It is an easy walk down to Hyde Park. There are plenty of cabs to be found in front of the flat and the tube is nearby as well. There are good restaurants locally - we had good pub food, indian food, and italian food in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so soon.
