I booked presidential suite and upon arrival they told me room is not available. How come? then they downgrade me to a horrible room very noisy. i did not sleep because of cars and dogs in the street. I felt I was sleeping outdoor.

room type booked not available. i specifically booked presidential suite for special occasion. when I arrive the reception was not even aware of my booking. she had to call several people to check and then she gave me another room. the room was horrible. noisy. iron board in the middle of the corner. dogs barking all night, soundproofing is horrible. I ordered room service and they brought wrong order. Honestly the worst stay ever.

The room was spacious and the terrace on the 11th floor too. The hotel-staff is friendly and helpful. Pick-up from and drop-off at the airport worked well. Free Wifi, but with sometimes changing strength. A bottle of free water each day.

The breakfast is something changing. If there are many guests there is a buffet, which is at least in the beginning hot. If you are coming later, coffee is mostly cold (but you can ask to prepare hot one). Should the number of guests be small, instead of the buffet, you can choose from the breakfast menu. The gym, which was a criteria for our choice, unfortunately does not exist anymore. The TV did not work ( . . . . or maybe one the batteries in the remote were empty . . . ), anyhow we did not missed it. Quite loud music till late (say early in the morning) in the neighborhood on Friday and Saturday night.

Good location near the Cannon Monument and Juda Lions statues. Very friendly staff with good English. The restaurant serve excellent local meals, beer and wine.

Noisy street. Funeral offices with coffin exhibitions on the pavement just opposite the hotel. Toilet paper and electric kettle in the room were only declared, so we need to ask to bring it.

Not functional most widows and shower door. Not enough towels
