The Luxury Pool villa was the best part of my stay in Malaysia, no hesitation possible.
The brother who hosted me and my wife was respectful, attentive and ever responsive to our requests and queries throughout our stay.
The villa is totally clean, isolated and private, and the neighbours respected our privacy. The pool was large enough for two people.
The scooter ride was a luxury. Thank you to the brother for making sure we had one for the duration of our stay. (5 days.)
He gave us advice on places to visit in Langkawi, and was able to take us on a 2-hour walk through the mangroves.
If I come back to Langkawi, I will come back to him, without any hesitation.

Excellent property with your own private pool. It is tastefully decorated with ample room for a big family. The owner is helpful and responsive. The villa has everything you could need except a laundry. there are local restaurants at walking distance (if you’re into local food). The upper deck has amazing views of the airport and sunset.
I wish they had a washing machine.

نظيف جدا ومريح وكانت فيه كل المرافق المالك كان متعاون جدا انه إنسان محترم جدا واحضر لنا فحم للشواء واحضر لنا تذكار عند مغادرتنا وكانت الطائرة في وقت متأخر بعد انتهاء الحجز في الفيلا جعلنا نمكث في مكان آخر خاص به نحن ممتنين له جدا ونشكره على كل شيء وعند ذهابنا لنكاوي مرة أخرى سوف نذهب عنده المكان قريب جدا من المطار وايضا قريب جدا من المحال التجارية
كل شيء كان رائع ،نشكرك جدا سيدي المالك

Tout était parfait , le meilleur hôte Nabil était au petit soin avec nous , ils nous a aider pour louer un scooter qui nous a été livrer devant la porte, il nous a trouvé et s est occupé de la réservation pour l île de koh lipe, un chauffeur nous a amener et il nous a récupérer au retour , la villa était super propre et sentait très bon , un petit présent nous attendait dans le frigo, vraiment incroyablement surpris et heureux de cette expérience, merci à Nabil, son frère , son cousin et son équipe … je vous recommande les yeux fermés

The villa was superb. The owner was really accommodating and friendly even before our stay. He helped to suggest the places to go and activities to do. The villa was clean and spacious for 9 adults 2 kids. The location is near to most of the attractions place & the airport is less than 3 mins. Owner was very kind to let us check in few hours earlier. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Langkawi

There is no ventilation in toilet.

No padi view from pool as shown in photo, probably some renovation done thus blocked the view.

All was perfect, from the host who was so nice and lovely to the villa itself. He also proposed us the mangrove tour at a very good price. We had the possibility to have also a driver for different activities at a cheap price. The villa is also very next to the airport. Thanks a lot to Nabil ☺️

Extremely near the airport, and the host provided very clear instructions for the drivers to bring us to the villa.
The host was also very helpful, friendly, and kind to us. We had some issues with insects in the room on the first night (probably due to the heavy rain), and he came the next day to help do another round of cleaning and even changing our sheets, buying new pillows for us etc.
He also kindly allowed us a late checkout because there were no guests after us that day. Gave us many great food recommendations as well.
Honestly would prefer a villa with a combined area instead of separated into two rooms, as there wasn't much communal space to hang out as a group.
Also as mentioned, there were quite a few spiders and small roaches on the first night - understand it can't be helped sometimes, but wasn't a great experience then. Thankfully after the second day cleaning, no more such issues!
The pool is also quite small, the pictures make it look much bigger. Not much space to do anything in it!

The high walls provided a sense of privacy. The kitchen was clean and cozy though cooking facilities was limited to a microwave oven. The hot and cold water dispenser came in useful. The sitting coves at the front and back of each room were a nice touch.
The rooms look tired. The wallpaper was torn and peeling and the bedside table rocked. The wash basin mirror shelf was falling down. The villa's location was shabby and the parking area became muddy when it rained.

Nice villa, perfect for the family. Also a great host who was very responsive when needed something and allowed us to check out late when we had a 7:30pm flight. Located only a 3 min drive from airport there isn’t too much around this property walking distance so will need a car but close enough drive (12 min) to Pantai cenang. Definitely worth the money as the kids enjoyed the private pool daily.
Not too much to be honest. Some might not like the quiet location but I enjoy the peace at night.

Amazing New villa. Everything was perfect. Super spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and an amazing private pool. Nabil, the host, made our stay perfect. He arranged different activities for us on the island. Special thanks to Nabil and his cousins.

The host En Nabil was very friendly and kind. So is En Shauki. Both are very attentive to our needs. The design and facilities are excellent, my kids loved the pool. Excellent location to watch LIMA from.
Due to LIMA, a bit of traffic congestion on the road out of the Villa, otherwise no complaints at all.

The host is so helpful, respond to the message so quick, when we told them the pool has some flies dead body because of raining, immediately they clean up next day morning and when we come back we able to enjoy the pool. The room is clean, spacious, and the view from the deck is wonderful!
On the last day when we checking out, but our flight is at night, they even offer us to check out late as they have no guest that night, so that we can take a shower or rest before we go to the airport. (First time, before we even ask, but the host offer us a late check out, this is so thoughtful!)
We enjoy our time here.

Owner allowed us to extend our stay over the check out time free of charge because of our flight at night 21.50.
This is very helpful as we no need to stay outside many hours to waiting for boarding time and we still can clean our self before fly to our home. Thank you very much and really appreciate your kindness heart for the excellent services.

The host was friendly,and he treated us with lunch before we going back. Most important is the villa clean, comfortable , and only take 5mins from Airport. My family members enjoyed our trip, and definitely will choose this villa when visit Pulau Langkawi again.

The location is 5minutes to the airport. Will need to drive to get to the main beach and other attraction places.
Overall the Villa exceeds our expectation. The service from the home owner was above excellent. We were given gifts and request exceeded our needs. Will recommend this to friends and family

Thank you for FOC lunch for 2 days. Decoration very nice and wonderful for family stay with kids. My kids loved the pool. Very clean villa and very good host. Will stay again for sure.
Host maybe could provide umbrella at the villa for raining season and electric mosquito repellent

I like the fact that the pool is surrounded with high walls. So the privacy for muslims women is protected. The place is so pretty and clean. The price is very reasonable.
Everything is nice and cool. But maybe can consider to lowered the beds or framed the bed so the mattress wont move. I came with my mom, she’s a small person and struggle to climb the bed and she finds it quite difficult as the mattress moved once she tried to climb the bed. Plus in my room, I came with my child (a toddler), I find it difficult to stay calm to left my child on the bed sleeping alone (the bed quite high), hence me and my husband decided to bring the mattress on the floor to avoid any fall-from-bed incidents. This is just my two cents.
