The staff was very helpful and attentive to us upon arrival. The room and bed were comfy. The location was ideal and close to all amenities.

The swimming pool was very small.

A/C was a little ineffective but not such that it caused problems, stairs down to bathroom a bit of a challenge in the dark, would get different room on another stay.

The adjacent restaurant RIB wasn’t the best, there are far better ones close by.

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience at this place! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It even had air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing with so many options and such great service. The indoor pool was small but nice and clean, and we also loved the sauna and gym. We went running and walking on the river walk, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. We absolutely enjoy staying in this hotel. The restaurant downstairs is beautiful and the food is delicious. The location is unbeatable! You can walk to everything, and it's in such a safe area.

朝食のビュッフェは素晴らしい。別途注文できる卵料理もよかった。が、おそらくTourの団体客がいたせいで大変混みあっていた。

部屋はSimpleで普通であれば狭いわけではなかったが、2人で滞在するにはややスペース不足。　この価格帯であれば５０ｍ２はほしいところ。

All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The position of the hotel is great making it easy to access the various parts of Lisbon city. The restaurant was very good, as were the breakfasts. We got an excellent recommendation for a small local restaurants as well.

Ideally I would have liked a slightly bigger room but it was perfectly adequate.

I liked the location, nice sized clean room and a fabulous breakfast.

Although I had booked two single beds, we had a king. With some difficulty we were moved to a different room, but with a shower in the bath. Difficult for me as I’m mid seventies, and not comfortable with climbing into bath for shower, especially as we had a 8 night booking. Finally was moved into better room with separate beds and shower.
