L’établissement est très bien situé ! Notre chambre était très propre. Les pièces communes et les chambres sentaient très bon (cannelle). L’établissement a également des pièces charmantes.

Das Check-in musste man selbständig durchführen. Das ist kein Problem, jedoch, dass wir dies zu kurz vor der Ankunft erhielten. Durch die zentrale Lage hörte man leicht den Strassenlärm.

I didn’t get given a code for the doors , nor a room number - had to chase the number to give them a call to ask about the code and then again to be given my room number. Very unpleasant the lack of communication. When I tried to message through booking no one replied. This really made me not want to book here again. Would rather pay a bit more and actually have a person helping me out rather than being alone in the property fighting to get the bare minimum information. I really appreciate friendliness and helpful in hospitality - this experience was the opposite. They also tell you to pay the city tax through a website, otherwise they don’t give you information about your room. The city tax is 2€ per person/ per night. We were two people so it should be 4€ but when using that website I had to pay over 5€ even though the website didn’t specify what else we were paying more - I find this ridiculous. The lack of transparency and the non-user friendly approach. The studio overall was ok and pleasant to stay, however I don’t like the lack of communication. Bear in mind I had to call 2 times just to be told my room number… a tired guest shouldn’t be dealing with this.

The size of the room and the shower were excellent. I really loved the comfortable bed and the basin corner was really pretty with the vase of flowers and some toiletries.

The place was nicely furnished & at a great location !

There was no fridge or mini bar which was very inconvenient because you couldn’t have iced water or keeping medication if needed. Additionally, although we had a superior suit, there was only half toilet paper in the room with no contingency, there were no bath robes and there were only 2 towels. Not even for face or hands. Although we asked for more the next day we only got a small face towel. On the other hand it was very clean in total!
