Camera un po’ piccola ma accogliente

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft einem bei Problemen. Grundlegend sind die Zimmer aber ausreichend, jedoch braucht man keinen Luxus erwarten. Schlafen tut es soch dennoch gut und wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, dann ist es für die Nacht vollkommen ausreichend und ziemlich gut in der Nähe einer MTR-Station gelegen.

Es wurde mit einem Gym geworben, aber das Gym besteht hier nur aus zwei Laufbändern und einem Ergometer. Das Frühstück ist in einem Restaurant auf ein kleineres Menü mit einer Auswahl von vier Gerichten beschränkt (wer hier was ordentlich braucht, sollte auswärts essen).

Excellent location for my business trip stay in HK. Simple setup with no big expectation. The price from booking.com is 30% higher than my boss who booked via trip.com. The taps are not working well in bathroom.

The tap & basin in bathroom is not well designed and not functional well.

Dear Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay, All the staff are excellent from the Concierge to the reception staff to the cleaners who always greet us when they see us guests. Everyone is well trained. The concierge helped us book a Jumbo taxi as we were a large party and had a lot of luggage. He had us wait inside the lobby whilst it was raining outside, very thoughtful. Also special thanks to Vivian Chan from the front desk who went above and beyond always. We rebooked this hotel because of Ms. Vivian Chan. My elderly mother who was travelling alone two years ago stayed here and Ms. Chan went above and beyond helping her with her HK Sim card set up, getting her the correct phone numbers for places she wished to visit and really looked after her. Because of this experience two years ago, on this family trip booking 3 rooms, we chose your hotel again. Thank you for looking after us. The convenience to everything in Causeway Bay is ideal. Can't ask for a better location for great food, great shopping. Close to trams, buses and MTR (subway).

The only things I can say that is: 1) The beds are rather firm (too hard), actually I had a back ache for my entire 10 day visit. Lucky I can go to massage a couple of times for relief. The pillows are too soft, because they are rather slim down pillows, once you put your head down, they also lie flat underneath your head. I used my travel pillow to sleep on. 2) The restaurant breakfast. Unfortunately with the limited menu and catering to tastes not to my own preference, the breakfast is not great. However, since we are close to many restaurants, we easily went elsewhere for breakfast.

Very bad break fast option.only fixed menu,no items. We expected buffet breakfast. Always 4 items in menu .

Location was excellent ! Breakfast , I didn't eat. Saved my tummy for noodles around the corner. Loved the Starbucks coupon that they offered last.

Food ... a simple fry noodles or toast & eggs would have been nice.
