The hotel was in very poor condition. There was a loud conference when we were there. The surrounding area was a complete dump. We checked out after one night. They offered an upgrade a day after if we stayed, but there was no way we would have stayed.

Breakfast Indian style, and old stuff from day before was heated up. Coffe was black water didn't had any taste of Coffe. I changed 3 rooms from original and had to ask staff to bring new pillows duvet and beddigns as all was dirty when I arrived to "prepared room"

Everything! From the moment we register for check-in & return the card for check-out, everything is amazing! Thank you to the team for the surprise room upgrade & hospitality that we receive throughout the stay. We wish to come back in the future to see more improvement from the hotel, can't wait!

To be honest, everything is already top notch but it would be better if the hotel can double-check the cleanliness of its towel, bath mat, bedsheet & cutleries. I love the food here, especially the nasi lemak & bihun goreng was so delicious. Others are pretty much decent but it would be great if the hotel can offer more varieties of food/breakfast.

The hotel is lovely, beds super comfortable, clean and big rooms, bathroom is perfect with a separated shower (hard to find in Asia). Great location next to a water park which you can use at a discounted rate. The staff are superb especially Dee at the bar by the pool. He works super hard and is very friendly and happy! I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel front side is wonderful same as the pictures. They have sea side Restaurants and bar also Swimming facilities. Nice view of Waterpark and Maha tower.

Need to repair window Glass to get fresh air..

We can only describe our experience as exceptional. We chose the Bella Vista in preference to a high rise hotel because of its character and Colonial style. A great choice for us. The rooms were spacious with well appointed bathrooms, great air conditioning and facilities. The pool and bar area were a fantastic place to enjoy the views and relax which we did most days. Reasonable prices and superb bar service. The breakfast had a great choice and suited all our needs. The special hotel rate for water park entry was really appreciated and useful. The greatest asset to the hotel in our opinion was the quality of it's staff. Always helpful,polite, cheerful and ready to assist at all times. Our special thanks to Dee Suwardi the pool bar Manager who personally made our time by the pool such a relaxing experience Also Mr Ganesan the Resort Manager who was able to accommodate a slightly later departure to help us with our onward travel. We would definitely return to the Bella Vista. Many thanks to you all.
