My mom said that theres noises everywhere and its hot but that is to be expected since the house is made out of wood. The noises came from crickets, animals and etc. And at night it was not as hot as we thought it would be. Aircon made the heat bareable

I loved the location. so close to Cenang yet far away among old Padi fields, the isolation. Loved the design of the chalets using old material and modernizing them as well. Loved the fact there were so many plug points and trust me they were needed. Good and adequate shower facilities. Lots of thought went into the design. I loved the friendly cats that roam the property. The sounds when it rained one night were heavenly.

The air con was either underpowered or unmaintained OR it was just overwhelmed by the fact that it's a wooden hut with lots of holes. It was impossible to nap in the afternoon when it was hot. Thankfully after 2 days the weather changed and got cooler. Yes, the mosquitoes had a field day with me.

Just outside of town. walkable, I had a scooter. The cottages are stunning, the balcony a great place to spend the hottest part of the day, or evening. A kitchen if you want. The call to prayer, I really liked from the nearby Mosque. Aslena the owner/manager was great, engaging but no over bearingly so.

Wonderful authentic bungalows set in a rural location, for those who enjoy peace and tranquility. The swimming pool is an added bonus. Azlina and her cats are charming hosts.

The hostess is very kind. Easy to talk to and always happy to help.

The mosquitoes and spider webs. Even with a mosquito net and spray, we got a lot of bites. Need to clean the spider webs and the top of the bed net.

The Malay kampung house villa is nicely touch with antique deco!!! Is a very unique experience stay there ❣️ coz the villa is surrounded by padi field!!! The owner of this villa is very friendly and helpful. She texted me a day before my arrival just to confirm my arrival time 😊 also she shares with us the story of her villa ... It's lovely to meet and know her during our stay...

At night , there are tons of mosquitoes 🦟

the room is enclosed with shutters, so you stay in a dark room, there are no closed windows only the shutters what makes the AC not working. except the noise from airport activities you are also entertained with noise from very close moscue. in my opinion room with outdated furniture and a run out place is not worth the price what is aked for.

The owner is a very lovely lady. She took 9 years to built this place what it looks like today. I enjoyed my stays here with traditional banglo and decoration inside.

I wanted a traditional Malaysian bungalow and this is it…with a pool! The owner makes this spot; she’s lovely and kind, it really shows how much she cares for the property and guests. Location is perfect for me; I prefer walking everywhere; there’s Cenang Supermarket, Tayfun’s, Nina’s and Telaga Walk night market all for food. Laman Padi and northern section of beach are all super close. Quick WiFi as well.

loved the experience! bungalows were unique felt so relaxed. Pool bonus for cooling down. We really like location far enough to be peaceful with comfortable walk to beach and busier centre.

Everything. Place clean and beautiful. All was peacefully. In the room is a hair dryer that we didn't expect. Before arriving, we were reading bad comments about no breakfast but you can buy food for breakfast and keep it in the kitchen, that is for share. Also, there close is "smiling bufalo" and the breakfast there are super good.

If you haven't a deeply sleep is better bring something for the noise. The place is near the mosque and, for us it was ok, but remember the prayers start really early in the morning.

Though I was staying in a building adjacent to the fabulous Langkawi bungalows (which I did not book them) I liked the traditional Langkawi bungalows dotting the property overlooking rice fields!

You need motorbike rent or taxis to get to places, given the property is in the middle of nowhere! However, the peacefulness and tranquility dominate your stay here!

Functional. Simple but tasteful. Nice cheap restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Herons on the paddies with the buffalos is neat.
