They prepared a special wish of my girlfriend for breakfast. The staff was extremely considered and friendly. The room was perfect. Although the hotel was booked out, we had the feeling that it was not controlled. Very responsive staff.

Almost everything was excellent

I felt a bit cheated this time since we had a full board deal, but we were charged ¥3000+ to eat in the main restaurant on New Year! That was very unfair and a bit of false advertising on booking. Com or whomever was responsible! On the day I was told that we could eat for free in the club (only) each day they changed things around but every other day I ate in the main restaurant free of charge!

We Exceptional checking experience, warm welcome by Jack and he accompanied us throughout our stay. Jack got back yo my email and followed my requirements to the last detail. The whole club team was awesome and everyone wore a kind smile. Our room was nicely decorated for my wife's birthday. During his busy schedule the GM Mr. Jain, made time to check up on us each day and went way out of his way to borrow my wife his wife's scarf on a cold day! We also sampled some of the finest creations at the Palleto made by El maestro chef Lorenzo! Also introducing the dish was Mr Ramos who provide ample knowledge about what the chef was trying to get us to feel or taste and what best way to eat the delicacies. (Chapeau guys!) And not to forget I hope Martin is the name! I really hope, the young fellow who was pairing and introducing each beverage during the food sampling. We also managed to order some in room dining from the main restaurant and the pasta was excellent! Thanks to Mr Villegas, we managed to enjoy some authentic hongkong style egg roll for breakfast twice -- this dish is amazing! Thanks for the recommendations! And finally Mr Tan, we didn't meet, but I wish I'd had a chance to shake your hand! Sir your pastries are amazing (thanks for the macaroons). In fact from bellhop to higher ups, thank you all for your excellent hospitality. And one final warm thank you to Jack! I just realized you walked two blocks with us on the last night to just show us where the park was~that was unnecessary but warmly appreciated!

One forgivable hiccup but doesn't affect my 10/10 rating!

Best hotel in Shenzhen, hands down. Cici in the club lounge is amazing. Fantastic experience all around.

The location is close to restaurants and bars in Futian. The room was large and luxurious and the bath next to the window was very nice. Guests have access to many facilities such as the pool and spa. It was lovely to lounge by the pool and get a massage. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, as is the service from the staff.

I didn’t like that you had to wear a swimming cap in the pool.

We had a great staycation for 2 nights. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I think the staff was the best part. We used the Executive Lounge, which was great - amazing view, good food, nice drinks, cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the pillow menu in the room. Hard to beat the Ritz.

The staff were amazing. When we got there they made us feel so welcome. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend With flowers and Jack helped me to put them in the room. In addition to that they wrote us a lovely letter and made us a cake. It made us feel so special.

Location, Breakfast

There was the offer use the swimmingpool for free, but it was only alowend with bathcap... the hotel couldnt provide bathcap, just want make money, 100 RMB per bathcap... the staff did a long discussion. normaly hotels offer plastic bath cap for free, but not Ritz-Carlton, they just say, for free, but finaly they charge.. the Service is poor.. not Ritz Carlton Standard.

Amazing service!!!

We started at the Ritz Carlton for my birthday and didn't regret at all! We were offered a free upgrade and a late check out. I was surprised with a cheescake as a birthday present from the stuff and I was shocked when they offered me a ride home! The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing city view.

Old fashioned furniture.

The location - very good. The room - excellent, as usual for Ritz-Carlton hotels. Staff - very polite. I did not get the executive club as I usually do, so cannot comment on that.

One of the hostesses during breakfast in the restaurant did not know English well. She was the greeting and seating hostess, so I expected her to know English better. But the other hostesses and servers knew English better.

I like making my booking because i didn't have to pay the price in full until I actually check in. it is very likely schedule can be change last minute. I like to be sure i have a hotel room secured before my travel.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel do not offer points credit to my Marriot membership. The staff mention my points will not be credit due to my booking were made from a second party agent such as Booking.com. Therefore I like to know in the future will this policy apply to all my booking made through booking.com which may affect my decision making whether to continue with booking.com
