We liked the ease of location and the many numerous places to explore and eat at different restaurants. The bathroom was very big to accommodate our family of 4. The room was a little small but cosy.

The beds were a little too firm but that is just our personal preference. Everything else was fine.

双人床1.5左右，比较小，建议夫妻情侣可以选择双人床

Only 5 minutes walk from train station. Room of reasonable size. I like their breakfast and the food is very good with lots of choices

My room was kind of odd in shape when compared with the other room as it was located at the 2nd lst of the corridor

A 5 minutes walk from Nagoya JR station, which makes it a great location to stay at for tourists looking to explore Nagoya. There is a convenience store directly below the hotel at ground level.

The convenience of having FAMILY MART right downstairs. The staff responded promptly to my queries online and I borrowed an umbrella on a rainy day, with no questions asked. There 2 public baths within the hotel building on L2, 1 for each gender. Hotel is about 8 mins walk from Nagoya Station, Sakura-dori exit. Walk underground along the Unimall shopping "street" and exit at U10. The hotel is just 1 min away.

The coat rack is quite small for 2 persons' winter coats n other clothes. Not enough hangers in the bathroom to hang damp towels.

Rooms were clean.

The property is clean and convenient located near train station within 5-7 minutes walk. Also a Family Mart is located next door making it very convenient to grab a quick snacks or morning breakfast.

朝食提供時のスタッフの動き、心遣い等がとても素晴らしかった。室内は広く、とても清潔感があった。 駅からの距離、ロケーションが良かった。1Fにコンビニエンスストアが併設されていり点は、とても便利であった。 また、3Fに大浴場やコインランドリーが設置されているのは素晴らしい！

駅からホテルに向かう際、ホテル位置が少し場所が分かりにくかった（メイン通りより、少し離れていたためか）。

個室湯船無し 9階だったが景色はあまり良くなかった

3人の利用でしたので、トイレとバスルームが別だった点や、大浴場もあり、入浴の時間の短縮も出来てありがたかった。 パジャマがあった点や、部屋にコーヒーメーカーがあったことも嬉しかったです。

◇もう少しくつろげる椅子があったら。 ◇不織布でも良いので室内で履けるスリッパが欲しかった。
