I am biased. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite. It was just the surprise I needed after a busy day. It was a really nice, clean, comfortable room with a little bit of a view of the gondola. The robe, slippers, and bathroom products were appreciated. The breakfast was good and served early enough to accommodate an early flight. The hotel is a short walk to the metro and bus / train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a pricier hotel than I usually go to but worth the deal in the end.

4 star hotel. Close to big shopping centre and restaurants. 5 min walk from Oriente train/metro station (10 min to airport- 20 min to historic town centre) Friendly staff.

On the bed, under the sheet there was something like a plastic matras protector. Terrible! It was really uncomfortable and sweaty. In the middle of the night I got up and removed the matras protector. After that, I slept well.

Gostei do pequeno-almoço, no entanto poderia ter mais variedade. Nada a dizer do quarto, super amplo e confortável.

Os funcionários não são muito simpáticos, visto que o hotel é de qualidade, os RH deixam um bocado a desejar.

Hotel is far from city center, but close to the airport. No free shuttle, but it is a 10 minute drive. The hotel is located in the new part of the city near the new harbor, shopping Vasco da Gama, aquarium and cable cars. Metro is also a 5 minute walk, so still convenient, but away from the old city center and tourist area. We had an early flight, so location was very good and the hotel is super comfortable. Also nice that breakfast starts early. Positive points: parking within the building free breakfast with good selection and early start room was comfortable and spacious restaurants, shops and attractions nearby minibar in the room

Negative points: far from city center sofa bed was ok for a 5 year old, but would not be comfortable for a grown up front desk staff could have been nicer
