眺めの良さ(Sea View Roomに変更)、設備の整備度、清潔さ、全て良いのです。街から離れている点で少々マイナスですが、フェリーですぐ香港島に行ける点で補ってくれています。

Es gibt nichts negatives. absolutes top hotel!

A beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and views. But the lovely friendly and helpful staff make this a must go to place. Yes you need a taxi to get to most areas but they are always available at the hotel and very cheap. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

2月16日入住的，宝宝只有1岁多，大堂摆了很多橘子树，小宝宝不懂事摘了一个橘子，旁边大堂一个年纪偏大的男性员工眼神凶狠、很生气的感觉，吓到了我儿子，感觉很糟糕，建议酒店安装护栏，或者对不懂事的小宝宝可以友好些。

Slightly disappointed with view as a lot of building work going on outside and we had upgraded for a better view, so not quite what we expected.

L’établissement est beau, très propre, la vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle et le personnel aux petits soins.

L’emplacement. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied par un chemin très compliqué. C’est un quartier complètement mort, il n’y a rien à faire autour.

Great view and facilities . Overall the property was meeting my expectations of a 5 start hotel .

Some of staff were friendly and not helpful . There are room for improvement, especially for the services. For example, I was travel with a 5 year old child. I have informed the hotel staff via booking emails , when I arrived front desk staff mixed up my booking with another person, and informed me my room booked was a twin- bedded room. When I was worried about if my child will fall down from the bed ( because of the twin-bed) and no any help offered from the staff. Just simple informed no idea ! Then later found my booking should be a king size bed. No extra groceries and towels prepared for the kid. Need to ask….. The lady who makes Japanese fried dumplings the attitude was terrible 😫

The nice sea view. And servers is wonderful! So kindly front desk! We are early landing hongkong , the hotel is been let me early checking! Also let me lately to check out ! I am so appreciated it! It’s.great hotel! !!!!!!

Loved the spacious room, good control panels. Very happy with the jacuzzi and steam room facilities, couldn’t enjoy them last year due to the pandemic.

The volume on the tv was maxed at 30 which was quite low, couldn’t snack while watching tv.

In Spite of requested to allot the room at high floor the staff is unable to provide it and the room is at end at corner so not satisfied with room allotment.
