Good location with lots of restaurants close by - the Italian restaurant was excellent!

Good location, near to lots of eateries and a 20 minute walk from Nottingham city centre. Good sized flat, even for 5 of us. Lots of good comms prior to my stay explaining location and where the key safe was.

The place was clean and well equipped. As a person with restricted mobility, it was on the ground floor, and there were no internal steps, which was great. It was very comfortable and homely. A very comfortable, good home from home. The location was good too with sufficient local shops and buses. There is also free parking if needed. The contact for the property was always contactable and responded promptly to all of my messages. The stay cones with free Internet and Netflix. There were biscuits, tea, milk etc. on a tray, on arrival, so we could have tea as soon as we arrived. It was all good.

As a family, we ran out of toilet paper as there were only 2 rolls in the bathroom. We did not ask for any more as it was on our last morning there, and we had a lot of tissues as a substitute

The property was lovely. Very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was like a home from home. It was also lovely and warm when we first walked in.

This property was excellent for us: spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, fast internet & Netflix and YouTube options on TV. All utensils were there,laundry machine worked well. The flat is in a cute small house with wooden stairs - which is lovely. It is close to public transportation. There is a park with the kid's playing ground within a walking distance. So many food shops and amazing places to eat around. Especially we liked the place which is located ina former tram depo. The streets are quiet, it was comfortable to be there with children. The owner was reachable via WhatsApp, and responded all our requests. Information how to get the keys came well in time,with pictures how the property looks like. We recommend the place!

Everything. The apartment was absolutely filthy, from the urine stained toilet to the furry sweets adorning the lounge floor and the flies we had to sweep up. They don't include pictures of the outside of the premises as it's like something out of Syria. The front door to the apartment (prison) block does not latch properly so any of the delightful local residents can gain access to the communal areas with a gentle tug of the door. As the door to the apartment is right behind this front door, it does not really give a great deal of confidence by way of security. I was told that the agent had been out to check this on the morning of our departure and there was no issue. This story changed once I returned to the premises and filmed the ease at which I could gain entry without a key. Sadly I am unable to upload the video alongside the pictures. The agents are very rude and unhelpful, despite pictures/videos to corroborate all of the above. I include their response below. Not that I should have to explain but we checked in at around 2300 hours after watching the football. I'm not sure the agents would have been able to provide a cleaner and locksmith at that time. The reason for our late checkout was because we were conversing with the agent to tell them the problems and taking the photos they requested. Had we stayed for a week I would agree with some of their response but we spent about 2 waking hours within the apartment, as was explained to them in the morning. We certainly weren't 75 minutes late checking out either but I guess you don't let the truth get in the way of trying to dig yourself out of a hole. Avoid like the plague.

Was contacted on the day of arrival with lock box code. Kayleigh was lovely to deal with and nothing was too much bother. Any messages or queries dealt with quickly. The flat was great for our needs, wifi was good and worked well. Theres everything you need for a great stay, grater, cork screw, plenty cooking utensils, a washing machine and some nice mini toiletries left for us and a refreshment tray with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Having a place to park the car at the back and easy access to city centre by bus. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms and having Netflix on TV was also good. Directions sent to locate the flat were very clear and helpful.

The flat is very close to a busy road, so you can hear the traffic into Notthingham starting at 6.00. What bothered me most, however, was having to pay a €360 deposit in case we broke something in the flat and getting €341 back (5% retained, not 2.5% as advertised) because we paid it by credit card. According to Booking, when we made the reservation, this deposit could be paid cash on arrival but we we were told that this option was not available just the day before we arrived when a girl called Kaleigh contacted us. I don't like last-minute surprises, especially when they cost you money.

Good location as we were in Nottingham for the cricket. Frequent buses to the city. Owners easily contactable to answer questions (Kaleigh via WhatsApp was really helpful)

Notwithstanding the last comment above, an information folder covering working of boiler, oven, tv ,shower plus local shops, restaurants etc. Would be useful. Suggestions for minor improvements which could make a big difference to overall experience: Bathroom: The light pull gets caught over the door - a small hook in the architrave to hold the cord would stop this. A small shelf and a better mirror above the basin would be useful. Kitchen - an additional (smaller)set of drinking glasses to fit under the water dispenser on the fridge. Living room- left hand window needs adjustment to open properly like the right hand one.

Enjoyed the stay, central for us.

Very pleasant property, Nest and tidy, comfy bed, support available via WhatsApp, ease of access to public transport and close to town.

Had to chase customer support 3 times on the last 2 days as I didn't get a response. Many utensils had been unwashed and dirty but stacked in the draws.
