The place is great. It was very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen has all the things we needed. There is a washing machine which is great for a longer stay. There is no reception or people at the front desk but it was very easy to access the room. BONUS: the staff are very responsive and reply quickly when I sent them a message.

There is no elevator for people, it is only for lugagges AND it is only up to the 3rd floor. If your room is on the 4th like us, you need to carry your baggage to your room.

everything inside the room is really good. except the bed is a little bit low for the senior member of the family.

we didn’t realize we are taking the stairs to go to the room, because we have a senior member of the family. next time we will pick the second floor room😂
