Conveniently located hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights —made it our home base for F1 race. The staff from front desk, to house keeping, to dining room staff were all very friendly & helpful. The hotel is literally beside the train station which made it so convenient to get to the race. FYI, you can’t here the trains ☺️ We needed to do laundry since we had started our trip 5 days prior from Tokyo —the laundromat is just one street behind the hotel. While the laundry was being done (it washes & dry in the same machine) we went to the grocery store a block away, so convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is a wonderful treat every morning. There’s also a lot of little restaurants close to the hotel. One downfall of the hotel is the over powering flowery fragrance that fills the main foyer every day. It triggered my allergies. Most hotels are usually scent free. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to family & others.

The property meets all expectations for a business traveler with all the necessities. Staff, services, and cleanliness is great.

Room was rather small with 3rd person using sofa bed; not much room to move about.

This hotel is conveniently located to the train station. It takes less than 30 mins by speed airport express line. Not a lot of shopping nearby, but there is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Super friendly staff who proactively help you as soon as you walk into the lobby. Great breakfast with a wide variety of Western and Asian food choices. A minus is that the hotel rooms are starting to feel very outdated compared to other 4 star hotels. The TV only has standard Japanese television channels whereas the competition offers video on demand and Netflix/Disney plus/Prime by logging in with your phone. Hotel is also in an inconvenient location one train station away from central Nagoya. The hotel’s price was very competitive so you get what you pay for if you want something decent and with great breakfast but cheap and without the bells and whistles you’d get at other 4 star hotels.

wonderful experience. check in and bag deposit was seamless but the concierge went so out of our way to sort us out. sumo tlckets on zero notice etc. after horror experience at hyatt regency tokyo this was so far in the other direction.

booked for two persons, instead of one by mistake. Over- charged for ~$150. No one can resolve the issue, neither Expedia nor the hotel. Such an disappointing experience.
