The staff were excellent. The location was very convenient to food, shopping and transportation. The room size was large and the room was comfortably cool.
The walls are thin so you can clearly hear the neighbors talking. The room is clean except for the shower curtain, which smelled.
Overall this is a great hotel.

Nothing can beat the location of Meitetsu Grand. The hotel is connected to the subway shopping avenue via a lift, which makes it super convenient to travel by train, shop and dine. There's also plenty of food choices nearby. Staff are very hospitable, overall i had an amazing stay.

It wasn't the latest establishment, but it made me feel nostalgic 20 to 30 years ago. That said, it wasn't uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and relaxed. The improvement was that the room was dim in lighting and didn't come with cups (of course, I was out there, but they ran out when I tried). I'm going to visit again because of the convenient transportation.

Excelent location, it has everything, it's attached to the shipping mall and the train station.

This hotel is competently run, and provides all reasonably anticipated amenities, including excellent breakfast.
One criticism: the entrance is appallingly hidden away, and even confusing when it is found. Better signposting, please!

Hotel a bit dated and pricey but you get convenience! Located on the top floors of a mall itself and downstairs you’ve got Family Mart, train stations and the bus center.
The room we got was spacious and had a relatively nice view. Located next to a busy road but surprisingly couldn’t hear any of the traffic.

Super convenient, same building with the department store, subway, bus terminal, everything in one place! Hotel look a bit old, but clean. For us the convenient offset the hotel decor, and my kid enjoyed the stay and find it interesting with the old style of the room, and the fact that the hotel is in in the middle of a building :)

Great location, affordable.
If you aren't familiar with Nagoya area, this hotel is easy to get in and get out from Chubu Airport.
A convenience store is within the building, and the subway stations are not too far away. Nagoya Station area is pretty bustling and busy, so there won't be a problem finding a place to eat and shop.

It could not have been more convenient for transport with lots of luggage - the hotel was in the same building as the main bus terminal we took to travel from Shirakawa-go and Kanazawa!! We only needed to take a lift to 3rd floor…simply extraordinary!! I imagined it was probably an expensive hotel in the 90s but is now reasonably priced due to its age. Great hub for getting to the Ghibli Park. Great view of the city, too. We liked it very much.

Lovely hotel right next to JR Nagoya Station, and connected to the Meitetsu subway line.
Comfortable and spacious rooms, very well maintained. Breakfast options are amazing and well worth the price

Typical early 1990s Japanese hotel. Dark and long corridors, larger rooms with similar dark furnishing. Many things still look 90s. Room is clean but clearly showing its age. Great view over the big train station. Very easy access once you get used to the underground paths.
The staff is professional speaking above average English. Good value for the price.

Great location in the Nagoya station. Breakfast buffet was great with a beautiful rooftop view. AC is connected to the room lights, so the AC goes off when lights turn off.

Conveniently located above Nagoya Meitetsu station. Nagoya station is massive with so many train lines and subway, so it’s very well connected. Room for one is surprisingly big for Japanese standard.

Excellent service. Our son fell sick on the last day and the staff went all out to help us get a taxi and made a reservation at the clinic. Special thanks to Mr Emoto for all the hard work.
The property is also very well connected to shopping and the bus terminal. Also convenient being 300m from the nagoya station.
