The check in was so nice because they brought us into that apartment while they took passport and other information. This way we could all settle in while the check in was going on. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location- very walkable to shops and restaurants! Convenient to have washing machine and TVs everywhere in the house! We loved leaving our living room balcony door open and hearing the street artist music all evening!

We loved the property. There was a situation with the washing machine and the response was amazing. Ultimately they upgraded us to a bigger room in order to have a washing machine available. Already recommended the place to friends that are visiting Lisboa later this year. Mafalda is awesome!!

Great location to go anywhere, with tram stops, a metro station, and lots of buses. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, markets, shops.
Ben was so helpful with our check-in/out and gave us great restaurant info as well. Tried 2 of his recommendations (Severa Fado and Ramiro) and loved the food. We'll def go back to the apartment if we have a chance to go to Lisbon again. Thank you!

The hotel accommodated our early check in. The location turned out to be fantastic. Close to the metro line, train station, the waterfront, the iconic neighborhoods. Plenty of choices to pick up breakfast nearby or snacks coming home from a day out. Only thing we did not locate nearby is a decent sized grocery store.
My family enjoyed the hotel very much. The kitchen, bathroom, shower, bathtub, were all very nice. Made a very comfortable stay for a week. Overall, definitely added to our experience of Lisbon.

From the lobby to the apartment itself, everything looked brand new. They offered a free crib and highchair which is great when traveling with infants. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby plus private free parking. Also the bathroom was INCREDIBLE. Will be staying there again when in the area, 💯 recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Chiado Trindade Lisbon Best Hotels. The rooms were clean, and well appointed, super comfy beds. The location cannot be beat. We were close to everything - great restaurants, the metro, sites and shopping. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and we come back to Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Ben came to meet us at check in with fruit basket, portable WiFi and nearby restaurant recommendations. Location could not be any better. Interior design is modern yet have everything you need, espresso machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher... every other day housekeeping just keeps the stay clean, comfort and enjoyable!

It was unique experience having to communicate with the staff via text and coordinating specific check-in since 1) there is no front desk 2) parking garage needs to be personally opened by staff. We were pleasantly surprised with the anniversary surprise carefully executed! We loved the fruit basket, sweets, and champagne. A great touch to make us feel so special! Also, this is prime location and was extremely easy to find eateries/bars close by. Would come back again! The only thing that was less than satisfactory was the bed (quite uncomfortable).

I love many things about this property. First, property is so updated, all furniture, appliances, interior and everything about the property was clean and very updated. Also they had exceptional customer service - they responded to my request via email and phone call very promptly. Location was very good, just a minute walk from the shopping district and very safe area to walk around. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is planning on visiting Lisbon.

Check -in was a nightmare. Could not get a hold of anyone despite emailing, calling, texting several times both prior to arrival and day of arrival. Finally able to get a hold of someone on day of after an hour of waiting. If you are able to navigate check in, the apartment was great otherwise.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The apt was clean and well-maintained. It has everything you need. The location was great so that you can walk everywhere.
