I don't expect large hotel rooms in Japan, but this hotel, like APA hotels, seems to be trying to see just how small a room can be and still fit an adult human being into it. This room was supposed to sleep two, but there is no way two people could move around the room without climbing over each other. In order to shave in front of the bathroom mirror I actually had to stand with one foot in the bathtub. To top it off, the breakfast I paid extra for consisted of a voucher for a bottom-tier breakfast item at the Yoshinoya next door. I'll cross this chain off my list.

The room is fair though the beddings don't feel clean. Location is perfect, just across the train station. As such many food options as well. Overall not a bad choice for one night.

Very basic hotel but location is good as just opposite of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is served at Yoshinoya Restaurant with a ¥500 tag.

Good hotel

This has been the best place we have stayed in so far. The room was roomy, very clean and close to the station. We enjoyed watching the shinkansens come and go from our window. Also the amenities bar was great. Thanks

The location is very convenient as it is next to the underground shopping mall exit of Nagoya Station. If you have large luggage, it is best to use the elevator on the Bic Camera side. There are many restaurants in the underground mall where you can enjoy Nagoya's famous hitsumabushi and miso cutlet. The hotel rooms are clean and practical for a business hotel, and the price is reasonable, which I appreciate. This is the hotel I would like to use when I am on a business trip to Nagoya. thank you very much.

Very convenient location with entrance of hotel located directly in front of the stairs to the underground mall from Nagoya Station. The staff was extremely nice and held onto luggage before check-in. The room was as expected, but very dusty, would recommend using the air purifier that is included in the hotel room.

The air-con is not cold enough, and the bathroom is too small, but the sleep space is large and the transportation is good as just beside the Nagoya station.

The staff were so so so helpful and kind. Lovely, clean and restful!

Business hotel

Chargers in room not working, stains on bedspread. Staff were friendly, convenient, location.

The staff of the front desk is providing good service. The location of this hotel where is nearby the train station. Highly recommended to stay here.

Walking distance to Nagoya station. Excellent place to stay if don't have too many luggages. There's a fastfood next to the lobby which opens at 5am till 2am the next day. No need to worry where to eat. Also near some convenience stores.

excellent staff. you can choose different type of pillows according to your needs. this is very close to the station (silver clock / shinkansen side). room a bit small compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. will still book this hotel for its proximity to the station

Wasn't as nice/clean as some of the other places I've stayed at in Japan that were close to the station.

Right opposite the main station, which for me was ideal. Room and accessories were great.

Good

We stayed 3 nights here and we really liked the hotels. Due to its proximity to the train station. The hotel provides everything you may need when you travel. The service was also great. One of our family member lost a wallet at a cafe in Takayama. We asked the staff at the front desk to contact the cafe. Finally we got the wallet back.

Small hotel. Convenient, Close to railway station. staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was : quite a number of stained spots were found on quilt and blanket. Seems have not been washed for a long time.
